Yoga exercises the entire body. It stretches, tones, and opens up the muscles, joints, spine and skeletal system. It also works on the internal organs, glands and nervous system. Yogic breathing helps to control the mind, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and calm. When you practice yoga on a regular basis it is like servicing your car.
Kundalini yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness due to increased feelings of awakened consciousness for those who practice. It's an ancient science that has been refined over thousands of years to help all people live to their highest potential. It blends many aspects into one practice (referred to as a Kriya).
