A native of New York, Lisa DiFrancesco graduated with honors from Worcester Polytechnic Institute of Massachusetts. Upon completion of her plastic surgery training in New York, Dr. DiFrancesco participated in a highly specialized Oculoplastic surgery fellowship with Dr. Clinton McCord in Atlanta. It was there that she pioneered research investigating eyelid innervations to avoid complications after eyelid surgery.

A breast lift procedure, or a mastopexy, raises and firms the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue for more youthful, naturally-shaped breasts. Incisions are placed around the nipple and may extend from the nipple to the inframammary crease, which is the place where the breast meets the chest.

I went to see Dr. DiFrancesco about droopy eye pads under my eye and problems with the side of my left eye. Her staff was super kind and professional. When she came in, she explained what the problem is with my eye and that there could be serious complications if I were to operate. She said it would be an extensive operation. I so much appreciated her honesty and directness, and decided to let my eye stay as it is.
I asked if there was anything else she recommend that I do for my face, she said laser would help my skin and gave me someone else's name who would do that.

A very pleasant experience as a first timer getting small area surgery. If there’s one thing that I like, it is a streamlined experience when dealing with big changes like this and that’s what this was for me. They told me what was going to happen and every bit of information given I experienced. Nothing surprised me and the medical assistants were lovely. Would recommend.

Gave a 1 star because 0 stars are not allowed. Arrogant, rude, does not listen. Witnessed UN sterile technique by the doctor. After seeing the doctor use UN sterile technique and berate her staff publicly, never will I let her touch me. Anyone that treats her staff in such a manner has no ability to deal with patients. In addition her unsterile technique--- run away!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. DiFrancesco and her staff. Plastic surgery can be a sensitive subject, but they made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. I was nervous because a previous consultation with another doctor was off-putting and made me hold off from moving forward with my surgery for over a year. But after reading the reviews for Dr. DiFrancesco, I felt like it was time to reconsider. With the diagnosis of breast cancer and facing bilateral mastectomy, the thought of losing a part of my body is pretty overwhelming. I had a surgery booked with Dr. Difrancesco. I had a flight booked specifically for her surgery. She canceled on me two days before the surgery because she didn't like the idea of me traveling. I asked her secretary to call me back so I could explain I had family I could stay with to avoid traveling during post op. She did not even care to call me back. Her secretary was awful refused to deliver my message and said point blank that she would not be getting me in touch with the doctor. I had to start the entire process over with a whole new surgeon, pay to go through medical clearance again

Dr D. literally changed my life for the better. I had about 6 consults lines up and she was first. I was immediately impressed with the office environment and staff! I also genuinely appreciated the coordinated consultation with Dr D and Meghan (the office guru) in a conference room setting. After a quick exam and discussion about my goals, we went to work on devising a financial and medical plan tailored just for me. This is the first time in my lifeI write a review, but I feel compelled to help somebody else to avoid my bad experience. Dr. Di Francesco is a plastic surgeon who is double board certified and also performs minor cosmetic procedures, such as fillers. I cannot comment on her plastic surgery skills, but she did not do a good job on my nasolabial folds dermal fillers.
Her consultation is free but she spent hardly a couple of minutes with me before proceeding. Then she did not let the topical anesthetic cream set long enough for it to actually work so I felt a lot of pain on injection. I had this
