The office and staff were so nice and professional! I get very nervous at doctors offices but everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. I requested a consultation with Dr. Stong to discuss possible revision of a previous rhinoplasty that had failed to address my primary concern; my bulbous nasal tip that seemed to continue to enlarge with age. Knowing that a revision surgery would be more technically challenging, I researched to find capable hands. Dr. Stong was also able to offer me a more permanent solution for my thinning upper lip. The office is immaculately maintained and beautifully designed. From the moment you enter, the staff are extremely friendly and put you at ease. I usually have little to no wait upon arrival and am taken back to a room to begin numbing / quick consultations. If I’m interested in trying a new procedure or just want to hear what Dr. Strong thinks, he always gives me a direct, honest opinion and tells me how I may get the most from my treatment. He is extremely focused and has a great bedside manner, especially dealing with someone like myself who constantly makes jokes to deal with my social anxiety

Here is my before and after photos from today’s lip injections. The staff was amazing with answering my questions making me feel comfortable. They are truly a blessing to the cosmetic world. The doctor is straight to the point with answering questions and getting things done I enjoyed that blunt honest and gave other options of things I could get before doing the surgery which I appreciate. The botox didn’t hurt at all little stings that was all the lip injections will make your eyes water and at points can hurt a little but nothing to bad. I will be back.

I called Kalos because I was interested in getting three dark spots removed by laser treatment.The receptionist suggested a chemical peel. I was excited never had a chemical peel. I paid the 50$ deposits immediately leaving me with a balance of 300.00 I made the appointment for the following Monday on 06/14/21. Upon my arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. I received the chemical peel, I could feel it burning my face the tech stated it was normal and gave me a small fan which helped the burning feeling. After receiving the chemical peel the tech gave me aftercare treatment instructions

If you're looking for a plastic surgeon, I urge you to look elsewhere. There are plenty of talented surgeons in the area of better character with much better bedside manner. The practice looks pretty, but it's simply to make up for the utter lack of professionalism that goes on in this office. The negative reviews are justified. It's a shame that I need to post this, but the ratings are so misleading. They tried to bribe the user below to avoid the negative ratings! The doctor could not care less about the patients, and treats the staff terribly. I came in a while ago and there's not one recognizable

My first visit with Dr. Stong and his staff was in July, 2019. I'm 62 and felt like my face seemed sad regardless of makeup. The sad face and sagging jowls did not reflect my happy spirit. I had seen another plastic surgeon for a first opinion, but wanted another one before undertaking a face lift. And I am so glad that I did. I knew in… the first meeting with Dr. Stong that he was the doctor for me. Dr. Stong did a F/L and lip lift on July 16, 2019 and tomorrow will be exactly 90 days since the procedure. I had filler and Botox done with Dr.Stong I would highly recommend him. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. When he went to do my filler he was kind and gentle being sure to take his time and address my areas of concern. I left with a very natural look and no bruising!
