When the inspection is over, you will receive a color 30 - 50 page Property Inspection report generated using state of the industry software. Suggestions based on our inspection for additional tests or evaluations by outside experts such as a plumber. Any deficiencies found will be categorized using labels such as "maintenance item" or "safety hazard."
