I actually found Dave through his 5 star Google review, but my title company also strongly recommended him. He was great! Very personable and knowledgeable. Walked me through everything from the septic, attic, roof, the well, and electrical. Taught me how to do somethings and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend him to others.
