What an amazing inspection report! It is so thorough and detailed. Very cleanly done and easy to read. As you mention, the home is in fairly good shape, however based on your report, and the details I saw while spending that time with you, I have decided to not move forward on the purchase of the home.

Lonnie with Acuity has consistently done a great job with his inspections for my homebuyers. In a market where we are constantly moving quickly and needing inspection periods shortened, Lonnie has always done what he can to help educate my buyers on the homes they are purchasing. Don and Barb with AIP were great to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my schedule even with the property being much further than the typical geographical area they service.
Don did a very thorough inspection and was able to provide recommendations regarding many aspects of the property. As an investor his insight was extremely valuable. I have used API 3 times and they continue to provide exceptional service. I would recommend them without hesitation.
