Can't really say as I paid up front for 2 exams and he did not show up for either, nor did I get xrays. This is his office's "special" for patients without dental insurance. The special is you pay $150 each to see contract dental hygienists who do not even work directly for him. Someone is faking these reviews, maybe the company that mailed me a postcard advertising him.

I just wanted to say, that if your new in town or looking to change dentist, look no further then Sterling Dental. Growing up my teeth were in bad shape. i hated going to the dentist. David Smith is a great dentist. Very knowledgeable on the highest procedures, equipment and very nice. The staff there are amazing from when you walk in the door, Nina is there to greet you to phyllis that does great on cleanings to the techs that work side by side with Dr smith. Anne and (sorry i can’t remember your name who loves my boston purse). Your all so wonderful. please have spectacular Holiday season.

Awesome practice! Everyone is so friendly and respectful of patients as well as each other.. I love that there's no or little waiting for your appointment! I also appreciate that the doctor and hygienist explain what they are doing every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff.

The staff at Sterling Dental were extremely welcoming as I entered the office. The receptionist Nita was very prompt, welcoming and efficient in her performance. Sofia the dental assistant went above and beyond; she was very kind and understood every ounce of my anxieties and made sure that I felt comfortable the entire time. The hygienist Georgette was very gentle and experienced with the prophy. Dr. Smith was very thorough with my exam explaining my treatment plan and offered me great guidance. Overall encounter was the best experience at a dentist I have ever been to. I would strongly recommend

It was my first time to this dentist and it won’t be my last! The wait time wasn’t long at all to be brought back and seen. Phyllis worked on me and cleaned my teeth, she was incredibly sweet and really talked you thru everything. The dentist himself was also very nice. The office was clean, everything about the experience was great. Definitely five stars.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for a few years now and I have to say there’re the best in town!! Nita is super friendly and always ready to help at the front desk. Phyllis my dental tech is also super friendly and nice! No discomfort whatsoever at all for my cleaning! For anyone ever considering a dentist, this is the one and only place to go too!

The doctor and his staff are amazing, really friendly and professional. Georgette is the only hygienist I will let clean my teeth. She is amazing ! Sofia the dental assistant explained everything that was going to happen, and Nita was very knowledgeable about my dental insurance questions. Thank you Dr. Smith ! I will be back !

I’ve never had the best experiences with dentists but hands down the best experiences I’ve had yet. Just the honesty from Dr. Smith meant a lot to me. I haven’t had work done because of my experiences so I was nervous but his staff made me feel so comfortable the second I walked in. Very welcoming atmosphere and just an all around awesome experience with a dentist I can use now moving forward.

The professional and friendly Sterling Dental team does everything they can to ease all the scary, uncomfortable, sometimes painful awkwardness of dental visits. The entire team—from the people in the front making the schedules and checking you in, to the team in the back fixing and cleaning and restoring your smile—they're efficient, and accommodating, and kind, and gentle, and do amazing work. Best dentist and dentist's staff, ever. Wish I had found them sooner.
