They made all promises that they did not keep. Asking us for paperwork and more paperwork and more paperwork. After spending several days preparing everything for them with the guarantee of a loan, we were eventually denied...even though their representative Jessica informed us that everything looked good that we had submitted and that she would have an offer for us shortly.
Furthermore, she hung up on me when I expressed my dissatisfaction in a level tone. No foul language involved. I swear!
