I was looking to refinance my home and I was shut down by others I was told I did not have good credit and I did not have enough equity in my home. Tony Hobart from Bay Equity Home loans contacted me and they got the job done. If others have told you no, you should contact Tony or Bay Equity because if they can not give you a new mortgage at a great rate, no one can.

Mark was an amazing force of patience through a long and challenging process...actually he is charming, as well as, knowledgeable and persistent. He kept the process going the whole way until completion with a good attitude. He made me believe it was going to happen and it did. As a project that needs large amounts of attention to detail, he made it all happen. His team was persistent and courteous. I can't wait to do it all over again with the second house! My husband and I just closed on our refi and we could not be happier! Mark Labender was able to find a loan that fit our needs and he was wonderful at setting our expectations from the very beginning.
