Everyone there was fantastic. They did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure and because they did them at the same time is was very efficient. I really appreciated how great they turned out and how my time was valuable to them.

I went in for a gel manicure & pedicure. The staff was kind & it was very clean. When the technician started on my nails she asked if I wanted to do SNS. I’m not familiar with it, so she explained it was better for my nails so I decided to try it. When it was over, she didn’t do anything for my cuticles, & she didn’t put any lotion on me, no hot towel, or massage as advertised in the manicure. There’s even black stuff under & around my nails, so they aren’t even clean. On top of that, it looks like there’s still powder under the color. It looks terrible. When I complained she said it

NEGLIGENT!!!!!
I received these bruises from my trip to get a pedicure on 10/9/21. I was there about an hour and a half before they closed and the manager/owner was mopping the floors and did not dry them. I got up from one of the pedicure chairs to go to one of the back rooms to get my eyebrows waxed, and slipped (while holding my daughter in my arms!!). I slipped and landed in my knees and elbows. No signs stating floor was slippery and NO APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER.
All he said to me while I was checking out was "you should watch where you're walking next time"!!! What a careless

I came for a pedicure with my sister. We were seated at the same time. However, her services were started before mine which isn’t a big deal. Until, three other people walked in and were seen before me. I legitimately sat in cold water attempting to wait patiently, but at the hour and a half mark and my sister’s nail and pedicure service were almost complete and I still hadn’t been seen I had to walk out. There’s no excuse for any business to behave in this manner. The only thing that was different was the color of my skin! Shameful behavior!

This place is a one of the worse i have ever experienced.
The owner is just money hunger and want to rip you off and make money, no matter what. After a week my nails started to separate from the Gel powder, and he said : oh, you need a new set again, means pay another $60. I said you guys should have told me this last week, but he rejected to accept it . My suggestion to you guys : DON'T EVER GO THERE....

Been here before and loved it. the past couple times i have come back have been below the minimum. I had thai cho as my nail artist, he cut me 3 times and when i pulled my hand back he grabbed my finger. i came with my boyfriend and they refused to let us sit together and he didn't do a good job on either of our nails. HIGHLY disappointed and would NOT recommend. find somewhere else to go and save yourself your hard earned money.

They care more about The number of clients they can squeeze in than quality work. I went in for a gel mani/ delux pedi. Wish I just stuck to the classic pedi to save money because the job was super basic. Also, nails weren't filed evenly. I had to touch up my toes when I got home.

I went to get my nails done for 1st time. These people want people visiting them to know it all and then go there and make decision in seconds like their regular customers. They don’t have the patience to talk to a 1st timer or wait for a response. They assume the length of the nails I want, shape I want and even color I want. If I have chosen a color aren’t they supposed to ask me if it’s the same color for my toe nails and fingernails. When I say I’m poor at maintaining them and I wanted suggestion about what kind lasts longer, they answer in such a rude way saying you rather don’t

I've been to this location twice now and both times exceeded my expectations. As soon as you walk in it has a warm and cozy atmosphere. They have you wash your hands as soon as you enter and masks are mandatory for the staff and customers as well. The nail techs are highly skilled and most importantly kind. They make sure you're happy with your nails while working on them. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism. If you're thinking about trying this place out, I say go for it. 10/10 would recommend.

The services that I received we’re definitely over charged they did my nails and they are not what I expected , I feel like she rushed and did not take her time as she did them. My lengths and acrylic applied does not match ... I also brought a family member with me and the left her sitting with her feet in the water for 2 hours while they worked on 3 different people who came in after he . The nail polish that was applied for them was not applied correctly and we will never go there again .

Got a mani and pedi. I usually only get a pedi and no problem, they're wonderful.
Might just be the technician I got, but she drilled my cuticles so much I started bleeding (ring finger on right hand) I also asked for a light/pale pink, not this hot pink and when I spoke up to tell her I didn't chose that color, she argued it was number 47... I didn't remember what number it was, I just knew it was a light pink... She brought the color sample over and sure enough it's called "pale pink" (I still don't know what number it was...)
