This was my first time here & I had the worst experience. I came in thinking the service would be amazing because of the reviews but their work is just as bad as their service . My nails was poorly done by the owner name Jimmy .I told him I’m displeased with my nails he gave me major attitude & storm off to his next client not to mention he took forever to do my nails cause he needed a smoke break.

i love them. she had a black dress on and a sparkly necklace and bracelet. but i do have some constructive criticism. so usually the nail techs will push down on the surrounding area of skin when they’re filing i’m pretty sure. but when she did it, she pushed so hard on to my nails she almost brought tears in my eyes because her sharp acrylic nails were digging into the side of my nail bed. because she did that a few hours later she has somehow caused my nail to literally dig into the side of the nail causing it to apply painful pressure

I really wanted to like this place based on reviews but its the same quick turn salon like all the ones in the city, had gel polish on my fingers that I had to ask the tech to remove, was having to watch the work she was doing because my nails were filed to a weird lean and had to ask her to correct them and she blamed my fingers until I kept pointing it out then she realized I was right, dont plan on coming back, price doesnt reflect the quality I've gotten in other place in Roswell. really surprised by the service I received based on all the other reviews...no plans to come back for nails.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ridiculously unprofessional. I walked in and showed two pictures of what I wanted. I was immediately seated and ensured that the woman was completely capable of what I asked for. The woman tried and failed for an hour and a half.They messed it up three times, and then expected me to wait another hour for the main lady to come fix it. Why? Because she was going to do an entire manicure for someone who had just walked in because she had an appointment and I was a walk in (never mind the fact that it was 7 oclock and they had been working on me since 530) She didn

I came here for the first time. It’s my birthday today. They were very quick (which is what I asked for when I scheduled), THOROUGH, very clean, very professional. They asked if I wanted anything to drink. Even though I had scheduled an SNS, they were accommodating with my request to add on a wax last minute. Vivian did AMAZING! Will definitely come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Today was my first time trying this salon and I had an appointment with Vivian at @10am and she didn't walk through the door until 10:30 am with was NOT cool but it worked out perfectly. Rachel did my pedicure and she was absolutely amazing!! She took her time with my feet and explained all the extras they offered!! I will be back to see her ONLY in two weeks.

100% would recommended. Jimmy was very attentive, patient and would try his best to match and would go out of his way to make sure you get the look how you want it to be. The staffs were very friendly and considerate, the atmosphere overall is very clean and professional. Covid or not just know these people are working their best to give you a great time and service while you're under their care, so the most you could do in return is to respect them. Please be nice, communicate, and act like how you want to be treated.

I went to this salon on the recommendation of a coworker and have made this my regular salon, Amanda is that good! I'm super particular and I love this salon! There customer service is excellent, a dizzying selection of colors, and super clean to boot. They have adhered to state guidelines during this crisis, which is incredibly important.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was horrible. Walked in and asked for a gel manicure and they told me to get dip (more expensive) and when I told them I don't like dip they tried to force me to get it. I finally refused and as I'm getting my nails done they ask if i wanted waxing (to spend more money) and I did not want any waxing. To follow this the lady was not even paying attention when she cut my cuticles. She was looking in the other direction and cut my skin 3 times! I told them I didn't want my nails painted anymore and they forced me. I had to chose the color

I have tried several other nail salons in the area because I work in the area but none of them have impressed me until I found Pandora!
I would say that since this is a smaller salon, calling ahead would be a good idea. Staff is very kind, and selection of colors is pretty decent. I can't wait to go back in a few weeks! Definitely my favorite salon in the area.

I've been trying to find a great salon to go to since moving to the Atlanta area and this salon did not disappoint. It is clean, and they have TONS of options for the dip powder. Previously, my SNS continued chipping and breaking off within a few days from getting them done at prior salons and I expressed my concerns with Amanda who assured me they would not break. I also like my nails very short and I didn't once feel pressured to get tips. So far they are holding up beautifully, and the entire experience was amazing. I can't wait to get a pedi here soon!

As soon as you walk in, it smells refreshing. The staff was nice and professional. I got the pedicure with gel and the tech took her time. I also got SNS and I showed them a picture from Pinterest which they matched to perfection. She first practiced on a fake nail then on me, to make sure the technique would look like the pic

Great customer service! Beautiful neighborhood spa! My pedicure was great, probably one of the best I've had in a long time. The manicurist was sweet, but my gel manicure chipped after 2 days. I returned to have it repaired. The staff immediately addressed it and repaired my nail. Unfortunately, my entire gel manicure completely chipped/fell off within the week. I suppose it's because the manicurist did a waterless manicure which didn't remove more of the natural oil from my nails. Unfortunately, I had to go to a different nail shop to have my gel manicure completely redone within

I wanted to let the world know that Pandora is the FIRST nail salon I've been to that gives you 3 coats instead of 2. I feel like they are making a difference in a service area that has become a staple in many women's lives. Service is exceptional; I accidentally messed up one finger nail while drying and the lady was happy to redo it.
The only thing I could "complain" about the place is their ventilation system. For some reason, I feel like the chemical odor is stronger here than at other places. However, as a customer who would spend an hour here at most, I could take
