As a professional hairstylist, it's hard for me to trust a nail salon, and to treat myself. What an amazing experience!! I was greeted promptly, taken care of BEAUTIFULLY by Leyna for my pedicure and Tonny for my gel manicure. I felt TOTALLY COVID SAFE and was able to relax and enjoy some HGTV while I was completely pampered. And the price was jaw-droppingly affordable. I was expecting to pay a LOT more. Soooooo happy!!! :)

I was looking for a salon open on Memorial Day and Ellen’s was luckily open. Despite the holiday, they had a full staff and got me back for a pedicure within a couple minutes. The woman who performed my pedicure is named Lanie (I believe) and she was really sweet and pleasant. She did a fantastic and thorough job and my pedicure turned out beautiful! I would definitely recommend this salon.

Went in for a brow waxing. Usually travel to my long time dedicated nail salon in lawrenceville but was crunched with time and needed the waxing. This place was very professional, kind, and did a great job! I will most definitely be back and willing to try other services!

It's emberrasing but my feet were not in the best condition, the lady seemed annoyed by it but she did wonders and gave good recommendations on how to better my dry heels for future reference. Felt a little reprimanded but I took it ok since I knew. Just because it's a bit far from me but I'd go more often here.

The WORST acrylics I’ve ever gotten!!! They look so bad, people have asked me if I did them myself. They put on a matte topcoat, and missed spots, so some parts of my nails are shiny and some are matte, but I didn’t notice until after I had left (and tipped 25% since they make you pay and tip before they’ve even put the color on). Also, they filed the nails unevenly, some are noticeably shorter than others, and two are not straight across, but diagonal! I’ve had them less than 24 hours, and a big chunk has already chipped off my left index finger. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS!!!!

I stopped in today Memorial day because my go to nail shop was closed due to the holiday but I had broke 2 nails the day before and couldn't wait till the next day to get them fixed and my baby sis is a regular here and is always raving about the place so I came in and was waited on by the owner Cindy she did an awesome job I was very pleased they were super busy and had a big sns selection I was very happy with the entire service they also over eyebrow tinted which I will try Forsure next time I'm in !

I've been going here for over a decade with my mom. I love this salon, because of the great staff, location, variety of services and convenience. I got a mani and spa pedi with foot massage today and it was exactly the relaxation I needed before the workweek begins. I had a scrub, a massage, hot towel compress and even a hot stone finish; it was perfect! My advice is to find a person you like and stick with her. My person is Cindy. She give extremely long foot massages and does a fabulous job with gel.
Another girl (forgot her name) gave a long foot massage but didn't do so great with my gel polish. There were bubbles in the polish in a couple of fingers. The bubbles tends to make the gel polish peel prematurely. I told her several times about the bubbles and she made the appropriate

After having walked out of another nail salon where I waited for 30 min though I called beforehand with wet feet, I was pretty irritated. I found Ellen's on Yelp and decided to head over. I waited 10 min and was assured I would be up soon 5 min in. I really appreciate honesty with regards to time. My feet and hands look great. I don't find myself looking down at my hands irritated because something isn't right. They're perfect.
My only thing here is that I'm used to really soft feet right after a spa pedicure and they just felt like normal. No biggie though.

Wow! What great customer service!! These ladies had me in and out of there in under an hour!! I got a mani with gel polish and a regular pedi and an eyebrow wax. All the ladies worked very well together and did everything to meet my time constraint. They even put sunscreen on my hands before using the light for the gel polish! Great place!

My experience was horrible. The woman doing my nails was not taking her time and was in a big rush. She was careless and rude, she kept talking to her friend that was doing my toes which was very annoying. My nails didn't even look good! They were all different lengths and two of them already popped off and I got them done last week. I will never recommend them to ANYONE! Horrible nail salon if not the worst in Alpharetta.

I am a repeat customer. If you want quick service call ahead because they keep busy. Normally in the weekdays they can seat you right away. They are very good at getting it just how you want it and I am picky, I normally get gel manicure and normal pedicure, it takes about 40 to 60 minutes from when you get seated. I always see repeat customers because they have good customer service and are want you to come back.

This place is AWFUL ZERO stars. I hate this place. I came in after work for a day to get a regular manicure. They have AWFUL customer service skills. I only think one person who was working that day speaks English. It took forever for the lady to notice me and I was standing right in front of her too! What she also did was have 2 people go ahead of me when I was in line wayy before them. They also rush you and do a terrible job. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Save your money!!! My friends have even had problems with them in the past. HONEST REVIEW!!
