I loved the attention I received. They helped me get a watch that had been a life long goal of mine for as long as I can remember. The owners made the event very special for me. I drop in most every time I come into town. The owners will come and say hi, we will get to talking and it never fails that they will have something new and cool in for me to see. They are currently making a ring for my wife. I must say they definitely took a lot of time with us to get exactly what she was after. I will and have recommend these guys and must say their family owned shop is definitely the way to go.

This place is amazing. I had no expectations waking in the store. I left with a whole new outlook on what a luxury watch is. Dan went well above and beyond to counsel me and figure out what I really wanted. Dan has a passion for what he does and it shows. It is really cool to see a business that has passion for what they do and it is amazing the way they conduct and share their passion. Definitely will be back!

OVERALL- I would highly recommend Paul Medawar location to my family and friends. Great customer experience and BEST pricing. My family drives 1hr 15m to come to this location even when there are closer Medawars near us.

It's very rare that I write a review, but I had such an excellent experience here today that I feel it needs to be relayed to anyone who is looking for a jeweler or watch dealer.
Melissa was very professional and took the time to show me several watches that I want to add to my collection, even teaching me some things I did not know about them. I have no experience with diamonds or rings but she had me up to speed in a matter of minutes. She is clearly knows what she is talking about and is very good at communicating that knowledge to the customer, even a complete beginner like myself.

I usually don't write reviews but but Paul Medawar Fine Jewelry, specifically Dan is your man and your place to go for any Jewelry requests. My partner had no idea the kind of ring she wanted and Dan spent over two hours with us curating every detail with the highest level of customer service that transcends this industry. His passion and level of experience made us feel confident he'd create something truly special. A memorable experience to say the least. I will be a customer here for life. I was really struggling with jewelers; nobody could make the engagement ring I had designed until I came here and met Dan. His patience and persistence in making the ring I had designed were unreal. He not only made it absolutely perfect but he made the process truly enjoyable and gave me a great price to top it off.
