Jayson was very helpful in finding my fiancees dream ring. He was very meticulous in the details and listening to what she likes in a ring. I had her come one day to "window shop" and she had no idea Jayson was getting every detail that she explained to him. Within 5 minutes Jayson was able to decipher exactly what would suit her the best, and everyday I see her staring at her engagement ring throughout the day. Top notch! I had been looking for a ring that "spoke to me" for almost a year, with no luck. I happened to remember this store from one of the Art Prize stops from a few years back. So I swung by one day and boy boy. Instead of finding one ring that I liked... I found about 20!!! I ended up using one of their rings as inspo and designed my own. I love love love it so much. We were in the midst of a tragic situation, and we were in Grand Rapids from out of town for a brief period. If I could give 20 stars, I would! This family run business is so amazing. My fiance' and I have gotten all of our wedding jewelry from them. Don't let the word custom make you think expensive! When my fiance' was shopping around for my engagement ring other shops were quoting him upwards of $6000 more for worse quality diamonds. Beyond making beautiful one-of-a-kind jewelry, they are the sweetest people! Love everyone here!

I discovered this shop during Art Prize a few years back. Since then, I've visited a few times just to browse and have always received warm impeccable customer service.
The jewelers are artists, and I appreciate their continued humble nature when discussing options. Today I picked up a $30 repair they did on an old necklace of my daughters, and they treated me as if I'd spent $30k.
I would highly recommend this storefront to anyone, even if it's only for a $30 repair. Rest assured you'll be treated well.

The guys here do a superb job. I've purchased both my engagement and wedding bands here. They take care of you and go the extra mile in customer service. Since our engagement, we've moved to Seattle and they've been on top of things with communication and even maintenance! Absolutely a 10/10 experience day and night. My fiance and I were in the market for wedding bands. We weren't interested in engagement rings and we knew we didn't want any diamonds or other gemstones. We just wanted very simple , attractive bands and were have the hardest time! Every where we went the sales associates would steer me towards diamonds and when I asked for alternatives they had one, maybe two options. They couldn't even tell me what metal options were available!

Both Brandon and Jayson are terrific! Really nice guys with serious talent! My husband and I picked out my ring there. We had something very specific in mind and Brandon went above and beyond to find every part and give us plenty of options. We also went back to pick out my wedding band and Jason found a marching band and we had it quickly after! Since my wedding and recent move I still ship my ring back for cleaning, because they are just so wonderful! They fixed one of the prongs on my diamond for free. They are really great and helpful!

I was interested in having my great grandmother's ring redesigned and started my efforts at Craft-Revival. After e-mailing some ideas of what I wanted I went in to meet with one of the owners. Brandon Case, the owner was FANTASTIC to work with for my engagement ring. Working with my fiancé, Brandon designed a one-of-a kind stunner that I will cherish forever.
