Stopped by and bought a watch today. It was my first time buying a "nicer" watch. Jerry was fantastic to work with. No pressure, no big sales pitch; just honest answers to ALL of my questions. $35 for a less than 10 minute ring cleaning... yikes. Suffice to say if you shop there you are probably getting "taken to the cleaners". I know jewelers have to make money, but when you consider your time more expensive than a neurosurgeon I'd be very wary of what kind of exorbitant markup comes with whats in the glass cases.

Amazing place. I was in town from LA and was so lucky to find this place. Very unique, high end jewelry...and the customer service was top notch!! Even gave me a great deal. These people know what they're talking about. I went to almost every jewelry store in GR - they were the only ones to impress me. Actually, even the wrapping/presentation was top notch!!
