I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Liu as of recent. He is an excellent physician and helped me with skin issues. His work was incredible, no scaring or issues. He was so kind, made me feel comfortable and did all the work with ease. His staff is extemporary.., Vicky & Jack went above and beyond to make everything perfect from the appointment scheduling to the office visits.

I don't understand the negative reviews here though I think all doctors deal with unfair reviews, even the best ones. Dr Liu is extremely experienced and did an amazing job with micro threading for me. I did the procedure awake and I don't have a high pain tolerance: Dr Liu was incredibly skilled surgically and patient with me. He has a friendly and approachable bedside manner and most importantly he has the best aesthetic eye and surgical technique.

I visited Dr. Liu in my quest to find the right Dr. for me. I met with 15 Drs and I was most impressed by Dr. Liu as he is quite conservative, yet honest. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST in the industry and the BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. Dr. Liu only will perform work that looks natural as he wants all of his patients to look their best. I had my revision rhinoplasty with no pain and bruising at all. I never take any pain medications. Dr Victor Liu is so gentle and so professional on this field together with his very caring nurses Vicki and Jack I felt like I'm their family. Very Professional.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis on my left knee early this year. A couple of cortizone injections did little to relieve the pain. Then just about 7 weeks ago, I met Dr Liu and learned about stem cell treatment for osteoarthritis. A couple of weeks later, I underwent the stem cell treatment.
Today, after five weeks, my knee barely has a sensation of pain. I can go up and down stairs with ease. I definitely sleep better at night as there is no more pain that used to wake me up. Dr. Liu did a great job with the stem cell and PRP treatment. I would recommend people suffering from osteoarthritis

As I wrote in my initial review (below), Liu has his fans, just as all kinds of people throughout history have had admirers. A few more 5-star reviews - whether true or "plastic" - could never erase the terrible stress and physical problems Liu caused too many patients. The 1-star reviews about Liu are completely consistent with my own experiences under his "care." The 5-star reviews are laughable to me, but Liu SHOULD be able to do some things well after decades of practice. Also, a good surgeon shouldn't have to advertise or solicit positive reviews. I went to Dr. Liu for GainsWAVE and the p-shot. I found him to be quite informed, very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. This is somewhat "sensitive" therapy and I found that he put me totally at ease. In working with him over six visits, I also found him to be a great conversationalist and a really interesting guy.

Doctor Victor Liu is a very friendly and knowledgeable/capable and known physician, he explained everything to me in detail, he did not rush to the other appointments. Dr. Liu has a very friendly staff that greets customers with a smile and make them feel at home. Staff is very prompt in paperwork and responds to phone calls and e-mails promptly.

Dr. Victor Liu is very passionate about his work and Vicki his assistant is supper nice. They make me feel like visiting old friends rather than seeing a doctor in his office.
I had Geneveve, O-Shot, SottoPelle Therapy and TermiTight on my face all did in one afternoon in February by Dr. Victor Liu. Everything turns out great. Very happy with the results.
A MIR confirmed both of my knees are bone on bone, they were very stiff, and painful going down stairways. I was considering knee replacement surgery until Dr. Liu told me about the Stem Cell injection.

Victor Liu is by far one of the best surgeon's around. It was my first time seeing him. I had a cyst size of a golf ball in the middle of my chest. He did a fantastic job removing it. It's been two months today since I had the procedure done. And the healing process looks great. Victor Liu is also very friendly and a welcoming person who is very passionate about his craft.
Also to mention Vicki and Natalia were very helpful and welcoming. To making sure I get my antibiotics and just checking up on me. There assistance through this procedure was great!

I came in for a double eyelid surgery in March of 2015. After my first surgery with Victor Liu, my eyelids came out noticeably uneven. You can see in the picture that the right eye only has half a crease, whereas the left eye has a deep, full crease. I consulted with the doctor and expressed my dissatisfaction with the initial result. He performed another operation 6 months later. Although the eyes came out more even than the initial surgery with Dr. Liu, my eyes were still uneven with my left eye having a much deeper crease than my right. Dr. Liu performed eye bag surgery for me 2 years ago. I was really nervous, but it only took 1 hour and went really smoothly. Recovery time was only a week, shorter than anticipated. I went to work 3 days later( with glasses).
I appreciate the staff; they made me very comfortable and at ease. They were also very patient with my many questions and took care of me after the surgery.

I went to see Dr Liu because he had been advertising on Sundays San Francisco Examiner for many years. I did not know any other cosmetic surgeon then. I had the eyelid surgery and the chin lift at the same time.
Both turned out badly. The eyelid has a permanent unsightly scar. The eyebrow is now one lower than the other. The fat injection under the eye leaves a distinct blob. The chin lift failed after a few weeks. The main reason is Dr.Liu is always terribly rushed. He refused to explain anything important to his patient. No pre and post care instructions were given on paper or verbally. His
