The nose is a very sensitive subject for many people. A nose that is disproportionate to the face, whether too big or too small, can make men and women feel self-conscious and cause them to seek surgical treatments. For others, surgery may be necessary in order to correct birth defects, breathing problems or to repair an injury.
During your initial consultation with Dr. Judge, she will provide you with information on pre-op care, recovery time, and will address any questions or concerns that you may have. To prepare for the procedure, Dr. Judge will first determine the ideal placement of the dimples. This involves drawing an imaginary line from the corner of your mouth to the earlobe, and another line vertically from the corner of your eye.
During your initial consultation with Dr. Judge, you will discuss pre-op care and the steps that need to be taken in preparation for the treatment. Prior to the treatment, Dr. Judge will need to take some measurements and determine where to extract the necessary fat in order to proceed. It is important to make sure that you are fit to undergo surgery.
When you arrive for your initial consultation with Dr. Judge, she will take the time to evaluate your condition and determine if fat liposuction is really the best course of action. Ideal candidates for this procedure should have good skin elasticity. Those who have excess sagging skin may do better with a facelift or neck lift.

I had such a great experience! I was feeling a bit anxious because I have never had any sort or filler/Botox/cosmetic surgery procedure done but everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. Trying to sum up my experience with Dr. Judge, I feel like I could write a whole novel. My road to my tummy tuck surgery was long, but worth it. I have been thinking of lip fillers for several months now and I finaly took the leap. Dr. Judge was amazing and had superb bedside manners. She kept me calm during the procedure explaining every portion of it. This was the first time ever having a procedure done so I had no clue what to expect. Thanks to Dr. Judge, I no longer have to deal with one of my biggest insecurities- a large, raised mole on my chin that I had since birth. I'm here to write another review for Dr. Judge! I'm 8 wks post op from my mastopexy aug and I'm so happy! I believe I had a more challenging case since I previously had an aug back in 2001. I was over the muscle with quite a bit of lax skin. I talked with the Dr. for months about my options and I mean months.... Let me start by saying how thankful I am for finding Dr. Judge when I did because I almost gave up hope for having a breast lift with implants. Every consult before her I left feeling hopeless and disappointed. After my consult with Dr.Judge I was so at ease and knew she would take care of me and make me feel confident again.
