Dr. Chow is a fantastic plastic surgeon with a great bedside manner. He listens so carefully and he really cares that his patients achieve the look they are going for. Over the years I have had numerous procedures by him and every single time he exceeded my expectations. It's hard to say that these days. His office stay is professional, caring and competent. He is amazing, after a thorough review, he correctly diagnosed my problem as a nasal cartilage collapse. He took cartilage from my ear and rebuild my nose. After only one month I can breath extremely well. He is professional, patient and courteous and answers all questions. His staff is also courteous. I saw him at his office at Sutter Davis Hospital and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
