Dr. Mussat did a mini brachioplasty on me in May 2021 and then thigh lipo in July 2021. She did an amazing job on both and I am so thankful! Sometimes you have to wait quite a bit for your appt and that sucks, but I think it's just because she has so many patients and obligations. Her dog is the cutest and I am always excited to see her in the office. Dr. Mussat was always available for my many many many questions via email and cell phone/text. I have a whole new relationship with my body thanks to her!

Dr Mussat is a wonderful surgeon. I consulted with her in her downtown office. Upon entering her office her receptionist was welcoming and courteous. During my consultation Dr Mussat sat with me and gave me a presentation with information about my procedure. I felt that she was very thorough with her explanation. I was able to see actual footage of how she performs the procedure. This was impressive and she really took her time with me. Second time visiting for a breast reduction consultation which was a waste of time. I came to Dr Mussat hoping to get good news moving forward with my procedure but she made me feel even more discouraged. Dr Mussat came off so nonchalant and didn’t want to work with me because I’m overweight. She kept suggesting me to check out other surgeons who are willing to operate on me because of my weight. I felt rushed and it seemed like she just wanted to get me out so quickly. The most disappointing thing is that Dr Mussat didn’t convince me to come back once I lose the weight, she still suggested

Dr Florence is a very professional person . I'm happy she was able to attend my son , he cut open his forth head and she was able to get us in right away she was so sweet with him, for the following appt Dr Florence saw some bumps on my son face and she remove them at the same visit.... I explanted with Dr Mussat in September 2019 and I am so happy I chose her! Her entire team is wonderful! She was a wonderful surgeon, explained the procedure step by step, always answered every question and concern I had. She took great care of me in the hospital and always replied to her text messages when I had questions after procedure. I emailed her office in regards to billing questions and they answered within a few hours. This has been such a wonderful experience!!! I am so pleased with the results after my surgery. Dr. Mussat is AWESOME, patient, professional and knows what she is doing. I initially went for a consultation with no intention to have surgery. The office reminds me of a bad 80's movie.
Appointments are in a paper book and not a computer. The receptionist takes a photo of you for the file before actually asking
I came in for Botox and the receptionist had me fill out a 10 page questionnaire for surgery. I was not in for surgery. My appointment was at 2. I arrived at 1:50, after I finished my extensive paperwork I was shown to a room. Where I then sat for 30+ minutes, where no one came in to apologize or tell me they were running behind.
I get Botox all the time, and it's an in and out in 15 minute process. I understand doctors

She was highly recommended to me through another plastic surgeon and she has been so good to me. Follows up on emails, voicemails, phone calls, etc. Her staff and her do their very best to stay in communication and answer all and every question and concern that you may have.
Dr Mussat is board certified and after my surgery I can see that it is well worth the time and choosing her.
I have had surgeries in my past (heart, foot, etc) and unfortunately this time after the procedure I didn't do so well from the anesthesia. So I ended up staying

With Dr. Mussat i feel that I am with a real physician that cares first about my health and well being. Yes, she cares about me happy about the way I look but, she truly comes across as physician first. I have consulted with other plastic surgeons and feel that others only care about aesthetics, not really my health.

I have been seen Dr Mussat now for 2 years and I have to say her and the staff have been always on time for my appointments and friendly. Dr Mussat removed my breast implants / En Bloc with Total Capsulectomy . Excellent Surgeon that cares about you. I wanted a doctor who did this surgery in a hospital setting and willing to take pictures and send implants off to labs . Wow , she really over exceeded all of my expectations . Like all the other reviews she goes above & beyond , comes to the hotel, checked on me that evening and in the morning before check out. I had implants in 1978 , didn't have a problem until 2005 when left one leaked. put saline in 2005 , don't even remember doctor .That's when problems

I have a rather hard skin condition to treat. I went online and messaged Dr. Mussat's office to make an appointment. They called me back to let me know they had an opening for 5pm on a Friday. Driving from 3.5 hours away, I wasn't too happy to hear that but, I was really excited to see her after reading all of her great reviews. I am so happy I found Dr. Mussat. She not only knew exactly what needed to be done to reshape my body, she did it with great confidence! She is extremely knowledgeable and is truly an expert in her field. She explains everything to her patients and knows how to prepare them before undertaking a complex surgery. Dr Mussat is by far the best liposuction plastic surgeon in Chicago! The lipo work was fantastic, she thinned my thighs and got rid of the stomach pouch that was exercise resistant. I love my thinned thighs and my flat stomach and feel fab thanks to Dr Mussat's talents. Over the last 10 years, Dr Mussat has helped out with a mole here ot there, fillers on the cheeks, botox on the forehead and at the eyes, but the results of the lipo are her best work on me yet!! Don't go anywhere else, Dr Mussat is the best.

I had my 2nd sebaceous cyst removed by Dr. Mussat on Wednesday and I would recommend her to anyone.
Not only is she extremely talented in her work, she is also personable and offers an excellent bedside manner. Her demeanor truly settles you down and makes you comfortable, even when you are about to undergo a minor surgical procedure.
If I could give her 6 stars I would. Will return for any skin or cosmetic procedure in the future.
