("TESI" or "the Company") advises our customers that Permanent Rate Relief was granted to TESI by the Louisiana Public Service Commission in Order Number U-34482-A.
Residential rates will increase from a range of $29.00 to $37.00 to a new rate of $40.25 per month. The Company's last rate increase pertaining to wastewater treatment operations occurred in 2004. This Permanent Relief will allow the Company to continue to provide our customers with environmentally compliant wastewater treatment.

Services
To cancel your TESI water and/or sewer service and request a Final Meter Reading and/or Final Bill, please select your Region/City below. A customer may schedule an appointment for TESI to turn off water service at our curb stop during normal business hours. Water service shall not be turned on or off by any person not an agent of TESI.
Unfortunately, there are times that necessary repairs are unforeseen and unscheduled emergency repairs. Notice of Unscheduled Emergency repairs will be posted below as they occur. Please rest assured in knowing that our service personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and trained to respond quickly to complete any unforeseen emergency repairs.
