Update: I took this company to small claims court and won! I finally got my money back, but it’s pretty sad I had to go to court in order for that to happen.
There are 2 issues here:
1) I made an order to rent standard trees, and no longer need the rental since everything is cancelled. I never requested anything custom to be made, and their argument is that they created custom trees for me to rent, even though I chose items on their list available to rent. As a consumer, if I rent something that means I exchange money to hold a thing of value for a specified amount of time. If I pay money and
