I didn't have the full address on my order. I called and within a couple of minutes the driver had been contacted and the delivery went perfectly! Thank you Oakbrook! I ordered online late on a Sunday evening for a delivery for a friend who was starting a new job the next day. I looked online for a shop that delivered to the area I was looking for so I knew nothing about this shop prior to this experience.
The delivery was there by 8am. It was so appreciated! The arrangement is unique and classy. I am pleased with the product and entire experience. The flowers turned out very pretty, but definitely looked a lot different than the Stargazer Garden that I ordered. I know that the flowers won't always look exactly like the photo, but it was way different with roses, daisies etc rather than the focus on stargazers and lilies.

I live out of town so I called Oakbrook Florist (because of all the 5 star reviews) to deliver some flowers to my friend who just lost her mom. I worked with Patti who was such a delight. She got every part of my order correct and had them delivered same day within 2 hours of ordering with payment and delivery confirmation. I have no idea what the flowers looked like (LOL!) but her customer service and promptness was AMAZING!

I'm so grateful I discovered Oakbrook Florist via a Google Search! I needed a quick and exceptionally beautiful delivery to my best friend in Westlake Village (I'm out of town). Patty put together a beautiful arrangement according to my specifications and had it delivered the next morning. They even gasped and said "BEAUTIFUL" when they received them and get this... Oakbrook florist's flower arrangements are gorgeous, plentiful and awe-inspiring. That would be enough, especially with florists, but their customer service is also just as superb. We had an issue with our order and not only did they fix it, but they went above and beyond to guarantee it was fixed AND they did it over a long holiday weekend. I already was a lifetime customer, but their service this past week makes me want to sing their virtues everywhere!

Patti did flowers for my wedding recently, and she did an INCREDIBLE job! Her arrangements were just gorgeous and romantic, I got chills when I saw them at the ceremony, and they really pop in all the photos :) She really listened to what I wanted - I had a range of pinks/peaches/yellows for my wedding colors, and she got the color scheme perfectly. I loved her arrangements because they look personal and romantic, rather than ostentatious.
