I needed some flowers for someone special. I picked a pricey arrangement. They called before the delivery and said some of the flowers on the order were unavailable and asked if they could use others, assuring me it would be just as beautiful if not more. I trusted them. My friend called me once she received them to let me know just how amazing they were. Thanks for the great flowers and the communication.

Beautiful arrangements with fresh roses! Laurie was helpful, responsive, and they were available to deliver on a Saturday (the other place I considered advertised as "available," but they really weren't). They are a great local Santa Monica business and are located close to our home so we ended up picking the flowers up ourselves. I loved the flowers. I would use them again for sure!

My valued community , neighbors . I just ordered flowers from Ann's flowers to be delivered to Beverly Hills to my friend for her birthday . She was so thrilled to receive these amazing flowers . ( the pinkish purple one my recent purchase yellow orange ones a few months ago ) . Color coordination , design , freshness of the flowers timely delivery made me very proud . Went to pickup my surprised red and pink roses and the flowers were stunning.
I picked them up and they were absolutely amazing and beautiful. I went to pickup my girlfriend and she was on the phone with her mom and she sat in the car and I gave her the flowers. She was so amazed and wowed by the flowers that she was speechless and couldn't finish her sentence on the phone and had to hangup and call back.
She loved the flowers so much and definitely put a spark in her eyes and a smile on her face.
And that's all I care about. To see her happy. Thank you so much for the beautiful

BEAUTIFUL Flowers!!! And great service!!! My mom and dad are on a cross-country road trip and my mom fell in California and ended up having emergency surgery at Providence St John’s hospital in Santa Monica. They have been absolutely wonderful too!! But since we couldn’t be there, we wanted to send her flowers to let her know we were thinking of her and keeping her in our prayers. I often have problems buying and having flowers sent from the major national flower vendors--they arrive late, some buds are brown, stems bent or broken so I thought I'd try a local florist for my wife's birthday. Ann's Flowers is close by and they deliver. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful combo of assorted roses, none broken, brown or in any way damaged. Superb job, beautifully organized. One of my BFF had surgery and we were searching for the BEST florist on the West side (something as good as Jacob Morris). We discovered Ann's shop and Abe the co-owner was delightful to work with. With all that is going on with COVID, I really wanted to ensure that I was doing my best to support local/small businesses. So when it came to flowers, I didn't want to go to some random eCommerce/1-800 only sites and instead did some research on local florists that offered same day delivery -- and man, I am so glad I did.

The flowers exceeded our expectations and the service was impeccable, but we think the pictures speak for themselves. We worked with Abe on the design but he really went above and beyond. The team truly knows their flowers, how to work with your budget & theme and made the experience so much easier (which is much appreciated and needed for anyone planning a wedding). We're so happy we were referred to them and still continue to use them for thank yous, gifts, etc.
