The Reserve at Bluebird Hill offers a spacious, elegant event center with 5,500 square feet. A covered furnished patio with a large stone fireplace inside and outside. Several gardens, dedicated to a sense of nature, with views of the Smoky Mountains. We are on 75 acre horse farm and less than one mile from Farragut.

Very beautiful venue! Great size, and very professionaly done! The only thing I would have changed if I built it, would be the size of the restrooms. One stall for a venue that holds a hundred or two, is a bit small. The parking can be interesting to find as there is a small lot right in front, and a larger one around back, but no signs pointing to the back.
