This place is really nice , but if you miss any appointments and don't call ahead of time to cancel Lee will charge you an extra $50 on top of the next visit, without letting you know until you are sitting in the chair . Which is fine but it kinda felt petty but the issue is he tried to just throw that in as he started working on my nails . (Which I have no problem with the policy) I just don't like the fact that no one ever mentioned it on the phone or while I was waiting for 30 min . He said he told somebody but clearly it's a miscommunication . He has never mentioned any policy

This place is enormous!!! Everyone was super friendly and very clean in there. Chloe did my nails and super happy with them. I had a few of my natural nails break short earlier this week so that threw a wrench in my gel mani plans. She sugg a dip. I chose Christmas colors. Happy with my first visit! Thank you Chloe!

Decided to get my nails done for my grand daughters baptism. The service here was good and my only complaint is that the chairs could have been a bit more comfortable. I have a bad back and the chair made my behind hurt. Other than this i had a good experience. Much better than the last salon I visited.

Both times I have been for a pedi and dip on hands and mani it is rushed. First time I asked for a pedicure and manicure and a dip abs my pedicure like like 10 minutes abs rushed and the lady cut my toe. Then, I was rushed to the dip and they skipped over my manicure. Second time I tried to give this place a chance I asked for the same thing and once again the guy doing my pedicure was rude and rushed my pedicure. They were going to skip over my manicure again until I told them three times I wanted a manicure since that is what I was paying for and the guy mumbled something and then rushed the

Have been here several times and was never disappointed although i wasn't ever really impressed either. Lala is one of the nicer nail salons in Knoxville and they are always very busy. I went in without an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. Evonne started working on my nails and was almost immediately acting irritated. she was aggressive and rough and seemed to be in a very big hurry. she did my acrylic and started shaping my nails and when i asked her to do them shorter she told me no, because it would ruin the shape and she was not going to send me out with crooked nails. i

The only positive thing I have to say is that they are open on Sunday. However, you're better off waiting until a salon is open during the week. The nail tech did a terrible job on my pink & white ombré nails. She bore down too hard 3x, THREE TIMES, and drew blood twice. Nails were requested to be short & as natural looking as possible in regard to thickness. Nope, did not happen. I asked four or five times to file the bed down because they were too thick. Awful job. Absolutely terrible.

I went here because the reviews seemed very promising unfortunately I got probably the worst acrylics didn't even bother to clean up the lines cut my cuticle is the process not to mention they didn't even clean up the underside of the acrylics and when I went back to get them fixed they wanted to book me with the same person clearly if they didn't do it right the first time I don't want to waste another hour and change for them to still look bad I will not be returning

I have mixed feeling about this place, I think it really depends on who does your nails, my friends nails done by Vicki were amazing, the design was super cute and the shape and sizes were done perfectly. The lady who did my nails was very nice but the nail job was a little sloppy, a few of my nails were unevenly filed and each nail is a very different size.
I do think that they are doing very good with taking covid precautions, I felt very safe.
As far as value for the money, it's over priced. $55 for short black gel nails (no shape) is kind of steep.

Love LALA! Definitely my go to nail spot. Pedis/Mani ask for Jimmy or if you want amazing nail art, ask for Lee - He is the best! They take your temp and make you sign a release form. Wear a mask bc you cannot get in without one. The people are always friendly at the front and they offer free drinks like wine, coffee, soft drinks, and bottled water. I noticed the prices are more expensive than other nail salons in Knox but this is def my go to!

I booked an appointment for a new acrylic set and requested a technician that could use nail forms instead of tips. My technician seemed annoyed about the nail forms and had absolutely no idea how to use them, though he assured me the entire time he did. I left with the flattest and uneven nails I have ever seen in my life. Picture platypus bills on the tips of your fingers and that's what I've got. Also, I had asked for regular black gel polish.
