I just moved to this area from Florida and I haven’t been happy about nail places around here. I’m glad I found Zen Nails. I had booked an appointment with Hanna but I ended up getting her husband Peter and he was amazing. Super nice, he did great work. I will definitely be coming back. I can say I finally found a nail salon after 4 months of looking lol

The older male technician, the one with the chain with a ring on it around his neck, that I had; rushed me, made the decision to use white polish for my design without asking me, and told me the design would be "better" on my ring finger rather than my Pinky which I wanted. He was rude and laughing at me when suggesting I use a "snake" or a "monkey" for my design. The other nail technician nearby called out "monkey" and laughed too! I was offended, but I didn't make a scene as my daughter was treating me & my great granddaughter to a "nail day" & lunch. I am a 74 year old African American woman

We walked in a few min before the appointment we scheduled for my daughter and her friends for her birthday. We had the wait about 15 min before any staff would get to us. They took one of them in at a time about 5 minutes apart each. They seated two of them together and one on the other side of the room. The nails looked really good when they were done, but they had to wait a long time even after sitting down for somebody to come by and do their nails. They have lasted a long time and we were happy with the end result, but it took a long time to get them done.

It is clean. Most of the people wear masks. They could get better about that. They speak English well and are efficient. Location is great they are close to everything. The atmosphere is calming and pleasant.

I visited 2 days ago, 1st time. I'm very picky about my nails. She asked me every step how I would like my nails, really appreciated that. She did exactly as I wanted. I was very happy. Very clean and a beautiful place to relax. Offered me a water. I can't say enough good things. Extremely reasonable as well! I will be back.

I came here to try out and see if i genuinely liked the place since I was moving out here. I asked for short nails that were squared with no rounding. The nail tech cut the tips right where my nails had grown out too. Why would I need tips of you were going to do that? I asked for short but not that short of a nail, I even gave her a inspiration photo to help, with the length. By the time my appointment was over, my nails looked like bubbles and were super lumpy. I will not get returning.
