I love coming here. They do amazing work and are always very polite. It's a gorgeous salon as well. Holly is the best! She does wonderful SNS work and my favorite thing to do is ombre and she's amazing at it! Everyone there is very skilled.

I got a pedicure from this location and they charged me way too much. I requested the service offering long foot massage and got a 5 minute barely even massage. Not to mention the nail fungus on my big toes. Both my big toe nails have fallen off. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE

Went to salon looking for a place to get monthly pedicures and manicures when I told the older lady my nails were long because I had spent 10 days in hospital with covid she literally jumped up and ran away. I tried to explain that it was 2 weeks before that I had left hospital and befor I was released I had a negative test. Another plump young woman took over and did the worst manicures I had ever had.and charged me17$ for it . Do yourself a favor and stay far from there unless you like you like being treated rudely and having sloppy work.

A friend and i went in as walk-ins and they took us immediately! the mmmm i have no idea who did my nails unfortunately, but he was young and super sweet! i did see him make some mistakes HOWEVER he went back and fixed EVERYTHING until it was 100% satisfactory! he was very understanding with my high maintenance request (i wanted the dip nails with free-hand gel) and he did a wonderful job. my friend was also super pleased with her nails. both of ours required free handing and they couldn't have been done better.

The service here was mediocre. I requested the lilac purple and received a very bright, harsh purple that will not match my bridesmaid dress. I told them multiple times that the color did not match… when they went to find something that would match, they ended up bringing me a blue color over, that looked even less like what I asked for. I was assured that my nails would look like the color that I requested. It’s very frustrating.

Underwhelmed and unimpressed. It's kind of a lackluster experience. The employees seem more annoyed by customers than ready to serve. Nothing terrible happened, but prices are way to high for the experience that you get. The nail stations do not appear to be very clean and there are some strange nail mannequins that are more creepy than helpful.

Was super pleased with Serenity Nails! Their pricing was fair ($36 for an SNS dip refill). I'm usually super picky and never really leave happy but I can't find anything wrong with these nails! They turned out perfect. I'll definitely be going back :)
