What is Functional Medicine? Functional medicine addresses the underlying causes of disease and focuses on promoting optimal wellness. With functional medicine we look at all the systems in the body and identify where there are issues and then work to correct them. It is a whole body approach to discovering WHY you have the symptoms you do.
We can blame them for a lot of things! They affect everything from mood to weight, our skin, fertility, sex drive and even our energy levels. When these little buggers are out of sync we start to experience things like anxiety, acne, irritable bowl syndrome, and so many more issues. I hurt my back during an apartment move and went to see Dr. Neumann. She was friendly and professional and was able to diagnose my issue immediately (and even identified other areas in my neck and hips that were causing issues). She treated me at that first visit and I felt better right away. I had a follow up appointment a week later just to make sure everything was feeling the way it was supposed to. For both appointments I was in and out in 15 minutes or so. Dr. Neumann is great and I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

Finding Dr. Neumann was a huge relief for me. I had been looking for awhile for a chiropractor doctor that also does acupuncture. This combination works really well for me and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Neumann. She is super knowledgeable, down to earth, and makes it such a comfortable experience. I went to see her and was battling a really bad cold at the time. She offered to do acupuncture in my face to help relieve symptoms. Within 24 hours, I was feeling 90% better. Can not recommend her enough!!

Great experience!! I have finally found my chiropractor in Chicago!! Loved how Ashley walked through the adjustments and really listened to everything I was experiencing with pain and prior history. She also gave me tips for foam rolling my problem areas at home for in between visits which I find helps tremendously!! I found instant relief after one visit and that's exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you!!

Friendly office, decorated nicely, online scheduling capabilities, responds quickly to messages. I had never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Neumann is such a genuine person. She listens and takes the times to go over every aspect of your visit and treatment plan. It is obvious she is very knowledgeable in her field and loves what she is doing!

I am so glad I found this place! My entire family comes here for relief from low back pain and relief from stress. The massage is impeccable and it helps my entire week go smoothly. The chiropractic adjustments are subtle and non-intimidating and allows me freedom and complete mobility. I schedule appointments for myself and daughter weekly and we don't miss them!
