My father in law has been well taken care of by Four Corners for 3 years, and I can’t say enough positive things about them. Ben and Amanda provide PT and OT, and the fact that he is still mobile is in large part due to their dedication to making him as well as he can be. In a time when quality and dependability is hard to find, they are a wonderful resource!

Kelly is a DPT, and fantastic at what she does. She can take one look at my body and have an idea of what's wrong move it around and knows exactly how we need to go about fixing it.
I adore Aimee Sanchez. She's so skilled and so knowledgeable and happy to share her knowledge with those who are curious. I've worked with her for months and months on various issues (because, klutz!!!) She was kind and compassionate, understood my illnesses and why I would be absent. She encouraged me, motivated me, teased me in the best way to keep me moving

I had hip replacement surgery and I utilized Four Corners Health & Rehab/Mobility Rehab for my Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy at my home. I had to get back on my feet quickly and with the excellent help and assistance of Denney and Colin I was able to achieve it! Denney and Colin were great and really assisted me in a successful recovery from my surgery. My previous hip replacement therapy 4 years ago, does not compare to the wonderful treatment and care that I received from the Four Corners Rehab staff! I highly recommend them.

I have watched Mobility Rehab work with over 100 patients during the time I have partnered with them to serve seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The therapists are compassionate and knowledgeable. During the Covid-19 crisis, they went above and beyond the expectations we had for our partners. Our residents continued to receive individualized treatment plans, all while following the CDC guidelines for safety. I would recommend Mobility Rehab to anyone needing PT, OT or Speech therapy.

I was a patient of Mobility Rehab while I was recovering from paralysis and had just discharged home from a skilled nursing facility. The care I got was personal and tailored to my specific needs. My therapist, Bo, was absolutely wonderful. He challenged me and reassured me and he got me walking again! Most days were even fun. The days that weren't, were full of frustration and tears but everyone kept cheering me on and kept me from giving up. Everyone there is sincerely caring and very good at what they do. I have been going to Four Corners Rehab for approximately 3 months. I transferred to Four Corners when my Therapist Andre Clarke moved there. The staff at Four Corners are awesome from Andre, Aimee, Kelly, Crystal, Tim and all their supporting staff.
It is approximately 1/2 mile from my home, so no traveling long distance to get there. The therapy equipment is excellent and the staff is always happy and keeps us laughing even through the pain sometimes.
My husband will be starting PT there beginning next week, so it’s kinda like a family affair. I cannot say enough about the level of therapy
