Knee Replacement recovery went great with physical therapists Matt, Byron and Justin and their tech team Abby, Kim, Briannalise, Chandler and Erbe! All of them very patient caring upbeat people! Even Carla who answers the phones and scheduled my appointments was great. All of them are so Professional caring and truly wanting the best for my recovery. They even spent time talking to my trainer Felipe from the Dr Phillips YMCA to ensure my healing and strength building continued well after my discharge! Thank you all for your great care!

I've been seeing Matt and his terrific team on and off since I first developed knee instability as a child. When I finally decided to get knee surgery to correct the issue, the care and compassion I received during the pre / post op period was incomparable. Matt approaches every challenge with infectious positivity, optimism and reassurance. With Matt's help, I went from not being able to lift my leg myself nor bend it to having full range of motion and walking with no issues. Thank you so much for all that you do Matt!

I’ve been to many physical therapists through out the years for constant neck and upper back pain and I always felt hopeless. Like I just had to learn to live with the pain or I was doing something wrong. Stride Physical Therapy is the only place where I actually got better at. Dr. Contino, Dr. Randolph, and Justin are truly the best. They really care about their patients getting better. Everyone who works their is also very kind. Thank you for everything you guys did for me.

Dr. Matt is an Expert in his knowledge of helping his patients!! I Highly recommend Dr. Matt & his team at Stride Physical Therapy!! I sprained my shoulder and ended up with a very bad Frozen Shoulder, and I was in Extreme pain! Dr. Matt and his team knew exactly how to get me healed up and I am doing wonderful now!! Dr. Matt & his team are So Kind & So Compassionate! They really do care! They all have really become like family to me! A Big Thanks to Matt, Justin & All the staff at Stride!!

Dr. Matt & his team are fantastic, kind, & know how to heal you. They were very professional, compassionate, & caring & made sure through out my therapy that I was comfortable. Dr. Contino and his team are brilliant "PT strategists" able to target and strengthen specific muscles and structure and get patients quickly on the path to recovery. Matt and his team are focused, talented and extremely congenial. The best part about a visit there is that its like hanging out with a group of your best friends...all looking after your success. I can't recommend Stride highly enough. Its work(!), but really a joy to go through a session there. Thanks!
