I highly recommend Home Management, since I start renting from Home Management it really has been a wonderful relationship, They have demonstrated a real professionalism from the very beginning with kindness and friendliness, we've had a couple of issues at the house and Bree has been right top of it with promptness and getting in front of the situation before it gets bad or uncomfortable Me and my wife, we couldn't ask for better service that we have received from Home Management.

Jesse and Bree have been incredible to work with. We recently sold our home and are renting a home through Homes Management. They were both highly responsive to our inquiries about rental properties. After owning for 15 years and being out of the rental market they made the entire process very pleasurable and were super helpful! We moved in just around a month ago and had a couple of routine move-in maintenance requests. These were also handled expertly with outstanding customer service. Such a great experience buying our first home with the team at Homes Management! Buying a home can be stressful enough, but never having gone through the process before had us a little nervous. I contacted this business on July 2 to ask for a quote to manage a newly renovated property in Escondido, Jesse responded that same day, we exchanged info and he told me he could come to the property the following week July 9 at 2pm to look it over and tell us what it would cost to manage it and an idea of what the rent should be etc. I contacted him to confirm the appointment since my husband had to leave work to meet him at that time of day

The application process was really easy and thorough. They processed us fast and within 2 days we knew if we had the place. They helped walk us through their process and were very friendly.
We had two maintenance issues and they were SO responsive! Immediately sent a guy over to assist both times and were able to fix the issues really quickly. They've also been very easy to reach every time I've called or texted (love that I can text them).

This property management company ILLEGALLY screened our application for having a service animal. All paperwork was properly filed as requested and no tenants had applied before us. I had to call in 4 times to get a voicemail a week later that the "broker" went with another applicant. Nobody is available to answer your call, you can only leave a message.
Our references were never even checked, and we never received a courtesy phone call even letting us know we didn't get the property. In order to apply to this property, an extensive amount of time was spent in our applications-

My family and I have lived in a property managed by Homes Management for 3 years now. They have always been very nice to us in our interactions and whenever something breaks and needs attention they get it fixed immediately , usually same day. Their contractors are also total professionals and get the problems handled the first time! Bree helps us with everything we need , she is always prompt and friendly .

We recently purchased a home through Homes Management and they are AWESOME! Jesse and Tiffany took great care of us from finding the right home, to submitting an offer and going through all of the details of buying a house. They are great negotiators and were able to not only get our offer landed (which was below asking), but also to get all of our requested work completed by the owners prior to the official close. Terrible customer service. Bree responded to my many attempts to communicate one time and was combative with me. (No wonder she has so many poor reviews on here) Property seems alright but I will absolutely not try to rent with this company if this is how they treat people. I can't imagine how they actually treat their tenants.

Homes Management have been our landlords for almost 7 years now (we rent from them in the building that they are in for our business). As a General Contractor I service tenant work orders and do property safety checks and General Contracting work. Working with Alan, Teri & Bethany is a pleasure and I am grateful to work for a company who takes care of their investors’ properties.
