He's a New York State-licensed psychologist who has been in private practice for 33 years. He did his Ph. If you or someone you know has been charged with an impaired driving offense and are in need of evaluation or treatment services, Dr. Perl is here to help you. At Perl Psychological Services, we offer NYS DMV Impaired Driver System relicensing assessments and substance abuse treatment. The Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), working with the DMV, has implemented the Impaired Driver System (IDS).
Dr. Perl is dedicated to providing evaluations of individuals who are dealing with criminal charges - primarily alcohol and substance abuse-related charges I.e. DWI, but also for sex offenses, anger or violence, and capacity to safely and responsibly use firearms. Dr. Perl can provide you with the necessary knowledge and treatment.
