My practice focuses on two distinct, though often overlapping populations: young children and their social/emotional development, and parents healing from various kinds of trauma looking to build more meaningful, joyful relationships with themselves and their families.

One Village Counseling understands that 'it takes a village, ' and recognizes we can't do this alone. I provide an array of individualized services to provide support, encouragement, and community resources where needed. I offer individual therapy for moms and parents in the expectant and postpartum stages.
In an effort to make sessions more affordable, I have a few sliding scale slots for those who cannot afford my full fee. Please go to www.openpathcollective.org to see if those slots are open and for more information. I do not bill insurance directly. However, I may be considered an out-of-network provider on your insurance policy.
