These people are angels on earth. They take such good care of my furbabies. And, they are kind and supportive of the humans too!!

I have not compared their prices to other vet clinics but I find Bought Vet to be rather expensive. GreatFuL so all employees are kind, considerate and inviting. I am the 3rd generation of my family to continue going to this veterinary clinic.
Abt 35 years my mother & grand mother were behind a car that hit a car and kept going. So my mom & g.mom took the cat to a cat in round lake w/no luck, then ended up at this Bought Vet to their excitement the cat was taken in and treated FOR FREE ending up healthly and back to a normal life.
Tho over the years Bought has been flooded with many more customers

Our three pups are in great hands here and love that we found a Vet and staff that care for our pets as much as we do.

Boght vet has been my vet for over 40 years but my visit today makes me believe that the beloved doctors lamb and ols must be turning in their graves. Mycat has a cough and vomiting. I was immediately told she would have blood tests. No one even took her temperature and no one even called me with blood results. Were bloods done? After 40 years I will find another vet.

Stitch went in for a ear infection they checked him out, he's a giant at 18.2lbs got him drops and all fixed up

Terrible communication. They told me the correct medicine for my dog and gave me only half the dosage. I verified the dosage 3 times on the phone. They did the mistake they should have paid for it!

Very unprofessional! Management is very rude and told me go somewhere else if I don't like it even though they were the ones that made a mistake. This place used to be great but not anymore. You have to call 10,000 times just to get thru the phone line. Their own staff even says how unprofessional management is. Truly unfortunate.

Have been bringing my 2 Goldens to Boght and Oakwood since they were puppies. Their prices are reasonable, and for routine vaccines worked out fine. However it is hard to get thru at boght as the phone is constantly busy. Front desk staff are extremely inefficient, and cannot make any decisions on routine requests for refills or sick pet appointments without speaking to the dr first. They refuse to take your # and call you back, forcing you to try and get thru later which is frustrating. Extremely hard to get an appointment here, probably due to the fact that there are only 2 Veterinarians. You have to make an appt a month ahead of time. Impossible to get in on the phone before 10 am. My last appt was the last one of the day and my dog needed an xray. Well the DR had an appt to go to so my xray couldn't happen. Don't really think this place is worth the hassle.

Boght failed us. Tuesday afternoon our dog could not stand up, was disoriented, unable to move when she was supported, and was not eating or drinking. When we called for an emergency visit they had no available appointments. We went to the animal hospital and spent $750. The hospital said we need to get the dog in to see our vet ASAP for additional testing and follow-up care, and when we called today to request that appointment they said the soonest they have available is mid-December. We explained the severity of the issue to them, no dice. And the receptionist gave us attitude, to boot. Stay

The staff and doctors are amazing. You can tell how much they love animals and it means a lot to a pet owner. Although my cats hate going to the vet they never fail to make the vet smile and the vet never fails to make me smile.😻❤ Naomi's (grey kitty) bite wound had healed nicely & the fur is slowly growing back. She was bit by her previous owners male cat & the wound was infected, which resulted in it opening & pus coming out.😢 Not only was she new to our home, but we had to traumatize her again with 2 vet visits.😲😾💔 However, it has been about a month now and she is really coming

This used to be a great vet but in the last few years there's been a slow deterioration of there services. Last two times I called they started charging double for same day next day appointments and the last time I had a dog in respiratory issues and they couldn't see him for several weeks.

This was the last straw. After 10 yrs time to get a new veterinarian

Front desk unfriendly, clinic desperately needs updating, vet tech was...creepy. Vet did cursory exam without verbalizing what she was seeing /feeling. Went once, will not be returning.

We've been bringing my dog here for twelve years and have always had excellent care. Highly recommended. We've seen Dr. Ford and Dr. Guilfoy and would recommend either.

Used this Vet for years. We have noticed a sharp decline in the level of care and compassion and have now moved on to a new vet.
We recently needed pain meds for our 14 year old dog. Took the dog to the facility so they could issue meds, they would not take 5 minutes to look at him and instead suggested an appointment over a month out. I explained that he had 1 or 2 days meds and this would not work. They could have cared less. I took him to the Upstate Vet Emergency facility where they examined him, did blood work, and issued 10 pills to hold him over. When we contacted Bought they would

My mini Beagle, Maggie Moo, and I have been very happy with the care that she has received from the doctors and staff at Boght Veterinary Clinic. They are both knowledgeable and attentive. Their rates are also reasonable.
Thanks to Boght, Maggie has remained current with her shots. She appears to be in good health. As a rescue, she is easily frightened, but she is never looks frightened when she visits the clinic.

We've been taking our dog trapper to Boght for many years and they've always been wonderful and accommodating. Recently we had to put him down at the age of 15. It was heart breaking but Boght was compassionate and allowed us as much time as we needed with our dog. Days after they sent us a sympathy card with his paw print. I can't say enough good things about this practice

I brought my puppy here because I had hear good things about them but I did not have a good experience. The exam was very brief and only consisted of listening to her heart and lungs. No education was done the vet only asked if I had any questions and quickly breezed by them or said she did not know. I had brought a stool sample to be tested and did not hear of the results for a few days. When I called them they said she was positive for worms and I would need to come in for medication. When I went to pick up the medication I inquired as to why I was not called about the results. The tech stated

Very disappointed in the care my 11 yr old golden received after coming down with a serious skin infection. After getting a 2nd opinion & care at Burnt Hills Veterinary we realized how inadequate the care was at Boght's Clinic and how our dog suffered needlessly for 1 1/2 months under Dr. Ford's care. It's really sad.

LOVE this place!!! Our fur babies were long time patients of a vet in Colonie. Decided to make the jump when our vet left and i didn't like the others. A much farther drive for us but well worth it. All the vets and tech and staff are awesome. Especially Love Dr Ford

This place is to be avoided at all costs. They can't even get a simple spay bright, killed a beautiful six month old Labradoodle! If you value your fur babies life, avoid this place and their butchers at all costs!!!

We have been bringing our cats here my whole life. They have always been accommodating with appointments and are open late enough that I don't have to take time off from work. There is very little wait time once you are there and the Dr. genuinely cares about the animals. She even kissed my cat on the head! The prices seem high to me but are probably just average with any other Vet in the area. I wouldn't really know. They also have a duck pond out front which is nice.
