The team from Landmark locksmith installed smart locks in our new house and also upgraded a few old locks. Overall, we are happy with the quality of work. As promised, they completed the project on time during an emergency without charging extra for that. I’m about to call them again for commercial locksmith work.

I really wish I'd seen these reviews a few days ago! I called A 11 and Yong came out, exact same story as the others on here. All I needed was cheap Master combo lock cut off. He explained that Master locks couldn't be cut off with bolt cutters, he would have to saw it off and it would be $29 plu $218 with a $47 discount for paying cash. I went to the ATM and got the money. I'm sure the IRS would be interested to hear these stories.
Of course I found out later that the combo lock can indeed be cut off, they do it all the time at gyms. I trusted him to know what he was doing, my mistake

I had the EXACT same experience as the above reviewer. They quoted me $29 for the service call plus $15 and said he'd be there in 20 minutes.
One hour later (and I have a toddler) he arrived and told me it was $29 plus $218. That's a lot more than $15! He said it was "$15 and up". The worst part was that he was completely rude and uninterested in my suggestion that the phone dispatchers should better inform customers with their price quotes. He even questioned my integrity when I complained about the price and time.
Lastly, he offered me a $47 discount if I paid with cash

DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. I do not usually take the time to write reviews on the internet, but I feel I need let others know about my experience.
Of course I called a locksmith for an emergent need, not because I really wanted to. My husband's small fire safe box wouldn't open using the key and we REALLY needed the important documents inside right away. So we called Alexandria Locksmiths. They said they would have someone over within 30 minutes which cost $39 and then the fee would be $25+ to open the safe.
