This was fast and efficient service. I really appreciated that the technician came wearing a mask. However I feel that they need to be more transparent regarding pricing. I called and asked for an estimate and was quoted $45-75 and then $29 fee for the tech to come out. I was then charged $160 which supposedly included the $30 discount I purchased on Yelp. This was a simple lock and it took the tech 5 minutes to complete the job. The receipt I received was also not itemized.
