We moved in last month. It took a while to find a place with the space to accommodate my family size, but the staff were very helpful in taking the time to show us multiple homes on both the east and west side. The manager Queen has also been very friendly and helpful as moving can be hard enough. We look forward to enjoying our new home. I love the hard wood floors and so much more...thanks again

Pat from the Detroit branch has been an absolute pleasure to rent from any questions or concerns and she's immediately on it making me as comfortable as possible in one of the properties I've been renting for 3 years I actually enjoy renting so much from lindenmuth with Pat I don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon!

Trash. I cannot remember the lady I worked with after being there for about 4 months but she was rude and unprofessional. There were things that happened in the home that was promptly addressed but her demeanor was a turn off. If she is still with the company, I remember her face and if I heard the name I'd remember, I'll never do business with them again. People in customer service should have a certain disposition about them and she did not. I'm not your "homegirl" or your "friend" I was a client/customer and she was disgusting.

The new manager is Ms. Pat! Lovely personality, professional and gets the job done. Called her with a plumbing issue and it was immediately addressed. She keeps her word and doesn't make promises she can't keep. Hopefully the rest of staff have the same work ethic.

I rented from Lindenmuth for sixteen months and it started good when the previous manager was there then all the employees who were there when I rented all quit and things went downhill from there. I never received a new lease (thankfully), I had safety concerns and Ms Pat told me the owner is not addressing it and I can move and there is just a lack of business savvy. They lied to me and said things would be done before I moved in that never were. I had to put up a fence, waterproof the basement and more that was their responsibility. They are non-responsive to maintenance requests and just overall

We have only been in our home for less than a month and they still have not made it their responsibility to come fix certain things in the house that really needs to get fixed. I would love for someone to contact me regarding this issue. We love our home but the urgency is not there!
