All Shared-Ride pickups must occur curbside on the Upper Departure/Ticketing Level at the "Ride Service" sign lettered A-F.

Booked and paid for a ride a month in advance from LB Airport to Cypress. The driver was not at the pick up point and would not even confirm if he was coming. We finally took a cab home and it was cheaper. The only good thing was that once the ride was cancelled we were refunded promptly. Don't use this service it's horrible and completely unreliable.

They failed to inform us that they had canceled our ride from the airport to our hotel. After 25 minutes of waiting for our ride I called customer service and was informed of the cancellation. They were profusely apologetic and then promptly did the same thing on the scheduled return trip to the airport. Shame on me for giving Opoli a second chance. My advice: choose a different ride service!

If I could give a zero star I would! Pick up went poorly. Driver had no idea which airport we were even going to! On the return service we had zero communication and no driver. Called in and they informed us there was no driver available to pick up our group and they would issue a refund. Recommend other transportation home. Unacceptable! Ontario doesn't do Uber, Lift unavailable and had to take 2 taxicabs home $$$. Do not use this service!

I had a scheduled pickup time on July 6 at midnight at LAX. When I arrived at the pickup area for LAX-it, I did not see the vehicle that was assigned to me, so I called the driver. The driver informed me that he was not scheduled to pick up passengers that night. When I called the customer service center, I was told that they would contact dispatch to see what was the situation was. After 30 minutes, and a second call back, I was told that there would be nobody to pick me up and that I would have to find my own transportation back home. I find this totally unacceptable and unprofessional

Pickup at Burbank was supposed to be 10:20pm . I was supposed to be home by 10:54pm ,
In Woodland Hills. I was informed that Irene was on her way from Santa Monica and would arrive in 25 minutes. Didn’t.happen , I am 75 years old ! I waited till 11:30pm then caught a cab. Rating should be zero . I will never use this “service “ again.

I requested an Executive Sedan from Century City CA to LAX for today at 2:00 PM. I was outside at 1:45 PM and gave specific instructions to the Driver on how to enter the Gated Complex to come around to my building. At around 2:17 PM with no Car as at 2:00 PM I called Joe Alem with Shalom Express Limo he said he would have a car in 5 Minutes. 5 Minutes came and went.

I normally love the service but this driver I had today was the absolute worst! He was dangerous , texting while driving , getting personal phone calls , circling the airport bc he couldn't get his navigation to work, constantly playing with his phone, we had to direct him bc he was about to miss our exit!! Honestly won't use this company again !!!

I had contracted with another airport limo service but was picked up by a driver, David L, with Opoli. He had learned my flight into LAX was early, he arrived correspondingly, and came to the terminal. The car was a black Chevrolet Suburban and was clean. He knew how to drive and knew exactly how to get to my Hollywood home. My experince was absolutely excellent.

They were a hour and a half late picking us up for our flight. THE TRIP BACK WAS WORSE. After waiting at the LAX pick up area for 30 minutes and leaving two messages on their voicemail, we finally got a representative on the phone who told us they didn't have a driver for us. They left us out in cold after midnight to fin for ourselves. It took 6 minutes for Uber to pick up after I booked with them.

I booked transportation from Long Beach airport to Oceanside as well as a returning trip a week later. When we landed I marked "ready to be picked up" on their app and nothing. After waiting for an hour I finally got a hold of them through their chat and they said that they could not get a hold of the driver so they were going to cancel my reservation. By this time it was 9:45 at night and we had 4 adults and 4 kids under the age of 6 stranded at the airport. Luckily we were able to get a 15 passenger van through Budget even though it cost

My ten hour flight from London arrived early at LAX and tried to contact Opoli through its website and through its app to advise them of my situation. Both were impossible because at LAX baggage claim there was no internet connectivity, as was required to contact either, since my stored password didn't get me through and I was told I needed to reset it.
Since I was unable to do so, in the course of the next hour and a half, I tried contacting Opoli by phone NINE separate times, never reaching a human being, each time

They screwed up BIG TIME... sending me reminders that I will be picked up on my return to LAX.… but no driver in sight. I tried to reach them through the app - it took them three times and five calls until they finally got an available driver. I was picked up 45 minutes late - and I arrived at 11 pm!! They ensured I'd get a certain amount refund because I had paid for a car to myself... and had to share it with 5 other people. Needless to say I never got the refund!!
They only get two stars for the nice drivers. It wasn't the driver's fault. But the Opoli organization is useless.

If you need a private pickup to any airport, these folks always do well. If you think that making a reservation to be picked up at the airport is ever going to work, think again. Use Uber/Lyft for LAX. Opoli absolutely SUCKS at airport pickup. The worst. One time our drivers car broke down on the way and they didn't even bother to contact us! Just yesterday we waited almost 30 minutes for our driver to pick us up at the designated "C" spot at LAX. And that is with a reservation about a month in advance. Unforgivable. Never again. Bye bye opoli/go-sedan/whatevertheheck.com

Took a round-trip ride from my home to LAX. The ride to LAX was on time and in a large sedan. Driver was early and courteous.
My return trip was an absolute nightmare. I scheduled a pick-up fro 3:00p.m. My driver said he circling the airport loop and was on his way. 15 minutes later, he still hadn't arrived. I called the number. First attempt went to voice mail. Second attempt, Said answered the phone. Said he was 5 minutes away and for me to meet at the shuttle stop. Again I waited. Texted 10 minutes later. No response. I called again. Again, voice mail. Called again. He

This review was for my trip to Burbank Airport. Used Opoli as the cost ($50) was about the same for Uber & Lyft. My driver Dave Singh was right on time (actually a little early which is fine). He loaded my luggage and we were on the way (it was a very nice Lincoln Executive). Once at the airport, Dave unloaded my luggage and took it directly to one of the skycaps which was very helpful.

Ok so to start off our driver this morning was fantastic. Now tonight....my fiance got a text at 9pm (for our 1030 reservation) from our driver was on his way...an hour and 15 minutes later...we get a call from our driver from this morning making sure we were picked up as he saw our name on the list (he was on another ride). We said no and not 2 minutes later did this company call and say oh we are cancelling bc we have no one to drive you.
So wait a minute we booked you 2 months ago, you go by appointment ONLY, send us a text your on your way then bail? No that's not ok.
