My cousin was back from California, she loves the cheese curds, but they were out of them, and several other items...service was great ...will go back

Better set aside 2 hours just to grab lunch. I always have a long wait when I eat here, my server will walk by my table a lot and not say one word to me or look at me.

Food was amazing! Got greeted and seated quickly. Food was fresh and tasty! Missed out on prime rib but we'll be back!

Food was delicious and wait staff was great. Try the french dip and Cuban tenderloin white cheddar cheese balls were cooked to perfection!

Southwest burger was good but the grilled chicken was only about 2/3 the size of the bun

This place is a nice sports bar that serves the general public with its many delicious foods. They have a variety of meals to choose from. From Steaks to hot dogs & they do have a children's menu. This place is a little on the louder side so if you are looking for a more quiet place to dine, this is not the place. The owner, Dave is a pretty cool guy & he makes sure you are happy with your meals.

Food was very good, service could use some work, yet she was new, yet never argue with a customer. The cook was awesome, she personally came out and rechecked the order mix up. We will go back for sure.

Maybe it was off night but i was traveling through this area and order dinner to go, food was really not good, tasty wise. Order regular cheeseburger and fries with side order cheese sticks. They made burger wrong or didn't include mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise, instead two small containers of ranch dressing in the box weird to say the least. The burger bun was slight burnt and burger itself under seasoned. Fries kinda cold but good taste. Cheese sticks had no flavor at all and came with pre-packaged marinara. Enjoy stopping by when I am in Washington. The last two times I have had the grilled tenderloin sandwich. Good taste and size. No grissle. The fries are crispy and not greasy. The beer is cold. Good service and reasonable prices

Great bar atmosphere, fantastic food, very Nice service staff. Live out of town, but have eaten here many times & never disappointed. We will be back for more.

I have ate at this place several times. The service is good, friendly, and quick. The food is good pub food. They do offer a ground pork burger which I get most of the time with bacon. Excellent sandwich. They also have a decent selection of beers as well. It is my favorite choice to eat at in Washington, IA

Pretty typical menu for a bar, but the food was tasty and there was plenty of it. Good prices, and great service. The bartenders were very friendly and gave us some suggestions of things to see/do while we were in town. It was starting to get a bit rowdy as we were leaving, giving the place a fun vibe. Seems to be the place to go in Washington, IA.

Very nice and clean lil bar. Had dinner and it was very good and reasonably priced. I met the owners and they seemed very friendly, give em a try.

Good solid restaurant/bar. Wife had prime rib and salad, daughter had chicken strips and fries while I had a steak salad. I asked for extra steak because I usually don't get enough for my taste. I was actually surprised as I almost had to much but I handled it no prob. The prime rib was perfect my wife said and the kid was happy to. We walked out on a $60 bill which for steak and prime rib with drinks isn't bad. Definitely will be back.

Been here numerous times but this time seemed to rock my world. I ALWAYS order the same thing here, so why would I detract from something that I know is always good?????? Well, I didn't. I got the hot ham and cheese, with cheese balls.....again. How can a hot ham and cheese get better, you ask. I'll tell you!! It was almost like they took my sandwich and dipped it in butter!! Butter?? Yes, BUTTER!!! OMG!!! I could feel my arteries closing and I welcomed it cuz it was SOOOOOO good!!!!! The cheese balls were....well, cheese balls. Everything was tasty and delicious!!!!! I've always had good food here. I usually get the wings or the burger, and it's always delicious. Prices are fair and the portions are decent.

I like this place but it's way to slow when you are in a rush. It's got lots of good food but don't trust it too much

Beer was good. However we went on a all you can eat wings night. They came swimming in cold sauce and were twice or thrice fried and room temp at best. It took way too long for our server to come back. We tried a second round of wings and realized that is the only way they come. Bummer.

A decent little place for small town USA. I don't like chains and they offer good basic fair at a decent price. If you're passing through town, stop by.

Do not walk into Unc & Neph's expecting fine cuisine, but enjoy it for what it is.....bar food.

The management does a great community service by giving proceeds from sales on Tuesday evenings to local non-profit groups. You have to admire a business that gives back to the community. Chains don't do that, as a rule.

Service can be inconsistent, but usually the conversations of the regulars at the bar can keep you entertained enough that you don't mind the delay.

I have been here twice and both times the food has been absolutely terrible. Their bbq sauce for the turf burger might be the worst bbq sauce i have ever had. The club sandwich cold cuts are straight out of dollar general or something plus who puts american on a club? Service was. Ok and they have cold beer. So i guess they got that going for them. I couldnt imagine dropping what they want on a dinner from my experience

The food was fresh, the service was generally prompt (we had to remind the staff about part of our drink order) and they can accommodate large groups (important for us as we were in the area for a family reunion). It can get noisy so don't expect to be able to do much conversing.

My wife and I ordered dinners at 6:20 and we received at 7:15. While the food was excellent and wait staff probably did all they could, when one has to wait an hour for food, you begin to think maybe they don't really need our business.

Excellent food! Burgers were great, made with fresh ground beef NOT frozen patties like most restaurants these days. The restaurant was nice and clean and the wait staff were very nice. Would definitely come back. They were generous with their ranch (fresh made), for dipping.

My boyfriend and I are not from the area and tried to give it a try. The atmosphere is plain but clean. Although the food was good we felt the burgers were overpriced to not include fries. Overall good food though.

Pretty good local place to grab drinks, food and catch up with friends or family! The menu is basic but they are accommodating. The staff seemed nice however they weren't so great at making a basic bloody mary. Overall the place seemed clean and the food was pretty good.

Service was a little bit slow and they were not that busy. Seemed that the staff as a whole was much more interested in what was on the multiple televisions.

I watched my food sit in the service window for over 10 minutes. Surprisingly, after bringing to the waitress's attention that my food was up, the tenderloin was still hot. The fries however, were not so great by this point. When I asked for fresh fries, the waitress acted as if I had requested a free meal in addition to possession of her dog or first born child.
