Unprofessional......sums Dickens Funeral Services quite nicely. If you'd like to have respect given to your deceased relative, please travel twenty miles or so outside of the Tarboro/Princeville area. Dickens Funeral service has been in business since 1985 but has declined rapidly in the customer service area. Invest in getting a facelift for the chapel, it looks shoddy and unprofessional. What a disgrace. How about posting an obituary with correct dates and no spelling errors within a timely manner? People of color deserve better, raise the bar on your customer service. Isn't being there for families
