After careful research, Lea and Pope concluded that the surrounding communities of Enfield, Whitakers, Hollister, Tillery, Scotland Neck, Hobgood, Medoc, Ringwood, and Halifax were in need of a modern state of art facility to service their families. Staff members of LEA & POPE FUNERAL HOME are caring and experienced professionals who understand that each family is unique and has personal requests and traditions. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to our staff of licensed funeral directors. Mr. Lea has been actively involved in the funeral industry since 1979.

Mr. Shawn is very caring and wonderful to deal with. His office help is extremely organized, kind, and helpful too. Ms. Mildred works very hard to relay messages, get information sent out, and help in any way she can. I would strongly recommend using this funeral home and experiencing the exceptional support that Ms. Mildred and Mr. Shawn provide for a family.
