Food and service were phenomenal. Todd and his team were completely autonomous once they arrived on site and we received many compliments on the food! Booking was flexible and Todd was able to provide great recommendations to accommodate the changes we made. He also worked with our own bartender to ensure a smooth transition. My fiancé and I were able to just enjoy our party which is priceless. Would absolutely book again!

We used Hoboken catering for a corporate event, and the food was AMAZING! There were a ton of dietary restrictions, and they worked with us to ensure there was food for everyone. All the guests were asking where the food was from because it was so good, and so many different types of cuisines, all executed so well. Will 100% be working with them again in the future!

We used Hoboken Catering for our wedding of over 250 guests and we're extremely happy with the results. Our wedding was in a greenhouse which presented many challenges, none of which were too difficult for Todd and his crew. They paid attention to detail and made all of our requests come to life. The food was excellent, from the mini lobster rolls and grilled cheese tomato soup shooters, to the pasta and carving stations. We would recommend Hoboken Catering for any and all of your catering needs.

I finally braved the line at the Sons of Italy Italian Feast last night in Blauvelt. Although it was long, it moved quickly. I was more than impressed with the service I received once I placed my order. The woman taking orders and filling them was so pleasant and apologetic for the wait (she must be a mom). The rice balls were off the hook! HUGE and delicious and fresh. The saixe was perfect! We could see everyone hard at work, sweating and running around and just doing what they obviously love. There is no doubt in my mind that any of their food is made with just that.. love! I highly recommend

Last week was my 2nd time using Hoboken Catering (this time at Barsky Gallery) and again, they did not disappoint. They arrived early for the set-up, all of the looked and tasted delicious and their staff (a server and a bartender) were professional-looking and personable. From first meeting with Todd to event you will not be disappointed. This was the first experience using Hoboken Catering for a client event. Todd assisted with menu advice and room recommendations. All arrived promptly, were extremely professional and friendly. The cold food display was very inviting and delicious. The hot passed food was not mass produced, all of the hot items were wonderful, the presentation and servers were excellent.

This company was EXCELLENT! They showed up early to set up and help me for my party. The food was AMAZING! All of my guests raved about the food the next day and I immediately booked the company for my holiday party for the following year. Todd was so great to work with and really provided honest advice so I didn't feel like I was wasting my money. I hired the Woody character for my son's first birthday party, it was great entertainment for the the kids! The booking process was very easy, great service, I had all my questions answered before hand. The day before my event I received a confirmation call from the person attending my event. On the day of the event he was there on time and entertained the children right from the start to the very end! The kids absolutely loved him and had a great time! Outstanding and extremely tasty food. Todd and his crew provided the food for a simple family get together we had. The food was way, way better than I had anticipated. Sometimes with these catering companies the food just ends up being OK since it's cooked in bulk, sits out for a bit before you eat it, etc. Not the case here. I was shocked how good the food tasted. I am still eating leftovers (and I don't usually like leftovers!). Company was organized and very on time. Enjoyed working with these people.

I used Hoboken Catering for a bridal shower at Barsky Gallery last weekend. Todd was super-responsive and flexible. We had numerous email and phone consultations and, each time, he followed up promptly and politely with additional pricing and other feedback. My husband and I had our wedding last week at Kolo Klub in Hoboken - Todd was the 2nd caterer we met. The first rubbed us the wrong way; when we sat down with Todd it was so easy and laid back, he made us feel comfortable right away. Thank goodness we found him!

We did a menu for 100 people - all cocktail party style. Anything I threw Todd's way, he figured out how to include it in the way that I wanted. He also made sure that he and his staff fed my Husband

Hoboken Catering came highly recommended because everyone uses them in our building to throw parties for the common space. This seemed convenient for me so I didn't look elsewhere. Throughout the entire process, Todd was extremely responsive and helpful. We paid $2500 for 55 guests for a birthday party including two servers and one bartender for a 5 hour timeframe. The bartender was very friendly and did a great job. The servers did their job but I received attitude when she tried to take away the food and not all my guests had arrived.

I echo the other reviews about what a good choice Hoboken Catering is for catering of your parties. My wife and I hired Todd to cater our house party of 48. We asked to sample the menu, so Todd brought over a sampling of selections that we asked about. We selected 9 appetizers which were more than plenty and ordered our wine selection from Sparrows. For our party, Todd provided everything else needed included glasses, platters, etc., along with two servers and a prep chef. They were all exceptional during the evening and cleaned up after the party was over. Our guests are still remarking about

I don't have enough words to say how thankful I am to Todd! Without him my party wouldn't be possible! I was too stressed and Todd managed the food, presentation and rentals from beggining to end. He was always available to discuss the ideas for my party. He made my dream come true! He provided the rentals and was always suggesting ideas for my vision and the theme of the party. My fiancé hired Todd and his team for my birthday Party he hosted at our apartment. From start to finish the food, and rental equipment recommendations were perfect. His team Joe, Joe and Ozzy were great, professional and kept all glasses full and the food flowing. My mom hired Hoboken Catering to cater my baby shower, which we held in the my condo building's rooftop residence lounge in Hoboken on April 6, 2014. They were superb.
