Natasha Asaria, O.D., is a Texas native and therapeutic optometrist practicing primary eye care. She attended Baylor University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management. She then earned and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College Of Optometry in 2014.
Intense usage of your eyes for long-distance driving, staring at a computer, or using other digital devices for a long time can lead to eye strain. While this condition may be irritating, it is not usually serious. Symptoms of eye strain normally go away after resting your eyes. I have been going here for years, but it’s my first time to write a review. The staff was great for the entire visit. One of the staff showed some serious compassion for their clients. I got there before they opened and I was doing some work in the car before my appointment, and as soon as the staff arrived she came to check and make sure I didn’t need something immediately before they opened. Dr.O’Neil was awesome, he explained all kinds of things to me to help me understand what was going on with my eyes, showed me pictures, and explained the situation in terms I could follow. I’ve been coming here for years now and the doctors have been great. They get a 5/5! The administrative staff however have had a clear decline.
I made an appointment and drove all the way across town to get there for them to tell me I can’t be seen due to an issue with my insurance, but could come back the next week. No one notified me via phone or email. I even called in to change my appointment time the morning of and they could’ve told me then, but no.
Then, I was informed my glasses were ready, when I got there I find out they ordered the wrong frames.
I’m exhausted at this point

My family & I have been going to Eye Site for over 10 years, but we'll be finding a new eye doctor now. I was in this morning for my exam and asked if I could stop in the restroom and they informed me they don't have public restrooms. I can understand not allowing general public, but not a patient. What horrible customer service. I cancelled my appointment and the 3 appointments I have coming up for my kids. We'll find an office with some level of courtesy and appreciation for their patients.

Dr. O'Neill and the Katy staff are very attentive and nice. They were helpful and responsive at my appointment and later when my contacts were not working well for me and I was quickly given samples and able to order a different brand. I highly recommend Eye Site and Dr. O'Neill to all those looking for a local eye doctor.

Dr. O’Neil is the best. I’ve been going to him for at least five years. He is wonderful. His bedside manners are wonderful and he’s very attentive and caring. His staff at the front though…they need some work. Numerous times I come in and they’re not very friendly. All females. Dry and don’t smile. Some have attitude as well. Other than that, I’ve had pleasant experiences there with him and that’s why I continue to go to him

Beware and do your research before you buy. They price gauged and charged about 25-30% above and beyond Manufacture Suggested Retail Price (MSRP.) Bought a Maui Jim, non prescription sunglasses that had MSRP at $300 and they charges $370. . Everywhere including Maui Jim direct is $300 or less. I returned it and they were rude and didn't like the fact that i called them out and returned it. The ladies were really nice when i came in to BUY but the moment I returned something, their true color and claws came out and was pretty rude. Never again...

Came in for new lenses and they talked me into a "new lens" that would protect from sunlight. Of course there was an up charge but I decided it would be worth it. I got the new lenses and it turns out that the lenses darken way more than discussed and turned purple too!! Of course this is not something I wanted nor did anyone explain that this would be the case. I called and they said they would order the regular lenses and change them out. When I picked up the lenses there was no apology for misrepresenting the product. I also requested the up charge be returned to me as the product

I was seen by Dr Lu , very professional friendly Doctor I wish her all the best in her career . Very beautifully organized eye care office,staff is very professional friendly and helpful. Many brands are available for glasses also office have Saturday hours for those who can’t make schedule during weekdays.

The people here are nice. That's the best I can say. The administrative side is a nightmare. They never call and confirm your appointments and there's been at least one incident where they claim I didn't have an appointment and I ended up waiting an hour for the doctor. Towards the end of my relationship with this office I started calling and confirming proactively which I frankly don't feel is my role as a patient.

I really love this place. My son and I both go here and this is by far the easiest and most hassle free place I have ever gone to get exams and contacts.
They are extremely helpful at the front desk too. I went in to pick up some contacts I already paid for earlier in the week and Ashley and Jossie went above and beyond in pulling up the historical record for my son's past year and showing my some options on rebates available to me instead of what I had been doing spending a good 15 minutes with me when they didn't need to. Highly recommend!

While I was very satisfied with the exam process, I recently had a negative experience with ordering lenses. I ordered lenses on a Friday and was told the order would not be processed until Monday. Over the weekend I decided to cancel this order as I found other eye glass places that would process the same lenses for substantially less. I sent an email to Eye Site immediately and then followed up Monday morning as soon as they opened. I was told on the call that my order would be canceled and a refund processed immediately.

Doctor Huy Pham gave me a wrong prescription. I can barely be with my glasses for 10 minutes because the prescription is too strong. After that time I start having headaches and feeling dizzy. I called Eye Site so they can make me an appointment with doctor Pham and get my right prescription. However, they refused me to attend me again to correct the wrong prescription and told me they would charge me $145 for a whole new test, even though what they initially gave me was a wrong one, thus their fault.
I don't recommend this place to anybody unless they want to pay an excessive amount of money

I dropped off my Ray-bans to have prescription lenses installed two weeks ago and they were supposed to be ready in a week. Despite some poor customer service (I had to call them for status updates multiple times), the glasses were done well and they offered a substantial discount for the inconvenience to make up for it.

I came here (today actually) with my husband for our annual eye exam and to pick out some new frames. The whole experience was wonderful and exactly how I wanted our exam to go. I picked this place because they provide Zeiss lenses, location was convenient, parking was easy and they took my vision insurance (VSP).

Since I have moved to Houston, I have been dreading the day that I would need to find another ophthalmologist's office as I have sworn by the doctor that I go to back home. It's difficult for me to hand over the reigns to another doctor in regards to my physical health.
Anyway enough about my control issues, I was due for my annual eye exam when I stumbled across this office in the vast list on vsp.com. This was my first time to visit Eye Site. I found the front desk people very friendly and welcoming. Dr Henderson was awesome. I love it when any service provider goes into detail about what they see, why they're performing certain tests, etc.
She explained things very well and told me what she saw and why she can tell I have dry eyes. I will definitely come back here for future exams.
