Had a great experience as I was there for my annual check up. Just book your appointment beforehand over the phone to minimize your wait time. They also send you a text as a notification when your glasses are ready for pickup.
Dr. Younes explained to me my retina screening results as I'm always eager to learn about my health in general. Very knowledgeable optometrist who I highly recommend.

Genuinely loved every minute of my experience here at this office. The staff works so hard to work with you and genuinely helps when it comes to picking glasses . As for the doctor Dr.younes takes her time with each and every patient and actually cares . So thank you guys for the awesome experience !

The staff is amazing! Extremely helpful, courteous making the visit warm and welcoming. The staff was never on their phones or gossiping about customers or of staff members. The doctor took the time to fit me for the correct contact lens instead of as close as they can get ( my last doctor did that) I would highly recommend this office!!!

Wish I would've looked at these reviews before I went in. It has been a horrible experience in ordering glasses with them. Was told a time frame when I would receive them. After waiting a whole week after that time frame I called them and they told me they would come in the following week.
A week later I called back to find out they had never mailed them out but was told they just got delivered to the wrong address and were being transited back to them. They would provide me no tracking number or any additional information.
Absolutely no integrity in their responses to me and horrible customer

I wish my review wasn't poor. I really liked the owner but the service has just been so very poor. Our family of five was going there and one visit my husband had to wait for over 1 and a half hours to be seen for an appointment. Another time I ordered contacts, they forgot to place the order, never answered the phone, it took weeks and I had to go up there several times. This happened again and about a month went by before getting contacts. My husband and I decided to get a new eye doctor and I needed to get my family's prescriptions and I called and called and no response and went up there and

They never answer the phone . I made an appointment and got there a least 20 minutes ahead of time only to be told that my appointment was until a later time even though the lady over the phone had said the time that I arrived so I want almost 2 hours to be seen. After I got my prescription they said they would call me in 2 weeks when it was ready a month passed and I stopped by to ask if they had my prescription yet and they did but didn't bother calling me to let me know . Front ladies always look like they're in a bad mood
