Extremely poor customer service, not only did Ron not fix my computer after having it for over a week, he couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. He attempted to tell me my motherboard was bad but after replacing it the issue still persisted. My brother is an engineer and after a mere 5 minutes it was determined that there was a issue with the power supply and 24 pin connection. Poor service, lacking in communication, lackluster service, and seems to have a overall poor knowledge of computers and tech in general. There are way too many better options out there. I could not in good conscious recommend this place for any repair or tech service needs and would advice everyone to look elsewhere.
