Specialties include pre-stressed and precast concrete design, piping & culverts, and engineering solutions for stream restoration and fish-friendly stream crossings.
Phil Martinson is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has extensive experience in all phases of project work including scheduling, estimating, organization and training. We also offer dispute resolution services, analysis and facilitation to keep projects on track and ensure successful completion.
Phil Martinson Engineering serves owners and contractors in the coordination and full project delivery facilitation of design-build projects. Our work includes establishing the project needs, the key deliverables and setting up the selection process for the designer and contractor. We work directly for contractors and owners to price and deliver a Design-Build Project.
We work with owners, contractors, attorneys, developers and designers to assist them in resolving conflicts or in providing technical support to settle disputes. We use graphical charts and "Dash Boards" that allow contractors, designers and owners to clearly understand the status, key issues, costs and impacts on a project.
