Firefly Family Yoga's mission is to help each student find a sense of peace while stirring the fire within. We believe that we are all capable of tuning in to what we truly want. We can all be compassionate to others but most importantly to ourselves. The practice of yoga teaches us how to do just that.
Family Yoga - All ages and levels come together to experience this joyful, fun practice. From grandparents to infants and everyone in between, no two classes are the same! Start by building poses together with your spouse, your child or your sibling and then ease into some relaxation and rest. You will leave this class connected to your family members and ready to take on your day!
If you ask Ellen Bonheim, owner of Firefly Family Yoga, yoga is an opportunity to tap in to your true feelings - emotions that are often buried under the clutter of our super busy daily lives. Yoga gives the chance to center yourself, immersing in your yoga practice and eliminating those external distractions.
Since starting Firefly Family Yoga out of my home studio in 2012, it has grown and become an amazing community. Your support, love, and presence in the classes, events and special programs is greatly appreciated. I've enjoyed watching your beautiful babies grow up! But - Firefly Family Yoga is NOT CLOSING, just adjusting the way we will continue to serve you.
