He took the stress out of at least one part of the home buying process. We were able to walk through with Jason on part of the inspection (we arrived after he was there a bit more than an hour). He was so thorough with explaining everything and showed us pictures for areas that we didn't want to go (attic and roof).

The inspector was professional and courteous, and answered all my questions patiently. However the inspection was not thorough enough. We realized that the inspector failed to inform us correctly about the status of the insulation in the attic which is now going to be a very expensive fix for us. Should have been an obvious red flag since it was not even close to being up to code.

Precision home inspection was great to work with. They allowed me and my fiancé to stay during the process and ask lots of questions. There was a miscommunication about the date of home inspection appointment. My biggest issue was the way the situation was handled. The man I spoke with on the phone, Alliance, was passively unprofessional, sarcastic and rude. Despite the miscommunication he called me to badger me with useless information about listening to "the recording" of the call. I requested to speak with his supervisor, he stated he was not allowed to give me contact information. After speaking with Jason, he called me again, for the third time, to smugly inform me that they would not be able to help me.
