They have been my pitbull son kaine vet since his birth 12 years ago I want to thank the staff and vets for his care over the years my family and I were treated with respect and dedication from them his entire life yesterday I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life. We are glad seeing all the good changes at Windsor especially removing the elderly lady receptionist that was always rude to us and my sisters family. The new younger female receptionist is so friendly and chase the male receptionist has always been so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help us. The vet nurses at Windsor and the doctors are the best you will find. They are also real good about helping you with there virtual pharmacy and that is a life saver. Definitely try them out you will not regret it

I'm visiting from out of town and my dog got sick. I called Windsor on a recommendation and was able to get an appointment same day. The people on the phone were friendly and reassuring. There was a bit of a wait when I got to the office, but it was because the office was busy, rather than any organization issues or anything along those lines. The doctor I saw was excellent, very patient and kind. She took excellent care of my dog, and was informative and friendly. I felt very well taken care of and like we were in great hands. I absolutely love everyone here. Everyone is so dedicated to our pets needs. I have never had a vet include you in everything they do. I needed an xray for my pet and they showed me the picture and explained it all in plain words so I understood.

This place was amazing. I called around to multiple hospitals because I had an emergency due to my cat being very ill. Windsor was the only hospital that would take him. They told me to head there way and they would see him. As soon as I got there, I was immediately taken into a room and waited just a few minutes for the vet to come in. The service was exceptional! They suggested/recommended services but never forced anything on me. They really cared for him as if my cat was there own. Thank you everyone at Windsor Animal Hospital for everything you did! I will be returning when I need anything
