Considering that applying for any mortgage is going to require patience; Rick and the staff did a very good job. After it was determined that I was qualified (IRRRL) for refinancing; Rick found a lower rate for me. All things considered the process went well with nearly all documents being esigned. Rick was easily available even answered me on a few occasions after work hours. No regrets and saved a little over a hundred a month. Thanks Geoff and Bonnie

This is my 6th Mortgage loan and first with them. Rick initially seems very professional and nice. However, at the end of the day, it was horrible. Even after 2 months they still could not provide me a solid answer to my application. Kept me hanging till the last minutes then offered me an approval with Jacked up origination cost. Where as I got approval from another lender in 4th day with lower rate and zero origination. Greedy and Incompetence. I am glad I didn't wait till the closing date, as they they probably would have not been able to come through.

Just wrapped up my third interaction with eLending Group (over the last few years have made one purchase and done two refis). As always, Rick is suuuuper fast and on the ball... if it weren't for the pandemic making the title companies slow, we would have been done in 2 weeks... as it was, still closed in 4 weeks from initial email. We bought our place January 2020 so had very fresh memory of closing with a different bank. Rick was fantastic. We did give him a hard time since we had a pretty good rate from January, so we needed a really good rate and very competitive closing costs to make it worthwhile refinancing after just a couple of months. Rick monitored the market for us for about 6-7 weeks and locked in at a great rate.
